It’s a one-stop shop and user-friendly platform for our Resource Families who need training for their specific roles. Resource Families can easily access all the training required of them in one place. In addition, Absorb has a built-in tracking tool that gives staff access to user transcripts, making it easy to monitor progress and completion. This helps us ensure Resource Families remain compliant with program requirements. Another thing I really appreciate is that our organization has been assigned a dedicated Absorb expert. Our expert, Claire Farnan, meets with us monthly and takes the time to answer our questions and share updates about the platform. Claire is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with, and we truly value her ongoing support.

The ability to build custom lessons via Create to include our photos, icons, templates along with branding such as colors, fonts, formatting, etc. Also appreciate the support - both Absorb Academy and human support with the LMS and Create experts. They have been accessible, responsive, and knowledgeable.

The user interface is intuitive and easy for users to navigate.
