# Buy At Your Risk I purchased PowerDirector 19 Ultimate + PhotoDirector 12 Ultra On June 7th. However, I have been unable to run the program due to the following error message: “PDR.exe -Error, The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR110.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem” I have reinstalled the program 14 times with NO Change to this error message. Technical support insists on completion of an On-Line form that can't be submitted without inputting data that is REJECTED by the website. Obviously the strategy is making folks give up when they can't get the program installed!!! So if you can get it installed and running, Congratulations!!
