After using ADAudit Plus for a couple of years now, the thing that keeps standing out is how thorough the audit reports are for Active Directory. When something happens — a group policy change, an account lockout, privilege escalation — I can pull a report and actually understand the full picture without having to chase down logs manually.
The reports are detailed enough to satisfy auditors but still readable enough that I can hand them to a manager who doesn't live in the weeds with me. That balance is harder to find than you'd think. It's saved me a lot of time during compliance reviews and internal investigations. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
The pricing and licensing structure has always felt more complicated than it needs to be. It's not always obvious what's included in your tier versus what requires an upgrade, and that can make budget conversations with management a bit awkward.
Support is hit or miss too — sometimes you get a fast, helpful response, other times it drags on longer than you'd like for something that feels straightforward.
One other thing I'd love to see improved is the scheduled report setup. Creating or updating scheduled reports isn't as intuitive as the rest of the product, and it's one of those things that takes more clicks and trial-and-error than it should for a tool you rely on regularly.
