# Report Creation Help I am new to footprints and I am trying to run a report that will show all of the submitted help desk requests from a few locations that support was requested from for the last year. I am trying to keep this as a general report as I am not selecting categories or subcategories, so if a ticket was submitted to HelpDesk and Accounting I want all of the tickets sent to those places. Every time I attempt to run the report however I always get the response "There were no matches to your query." Under work order criteria here is what I am choosing: Report on Solutions I select the departments I want info on on the "service requested from" Verified Closed: Ive chosen off or ignore because I don't care if the ticket has been closed or not Termination and Hiree start dates I leave those as empty because I am not looking for new hire or termination information. and under advanced criteria I put Jan 1 2020 - todays date. each time it returns nothing. Any assistance I can get in setting this up so I can pull a detailed report (even if it takes a while to do) I am looking to gather a lot of information. Thank you!
