What I like best about Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud is its cloud-native Zero Trust architecture. It eliminates the need for traditional VPNs and provides secure, direct access to applications based on identity and policy rather than network location. That improves both security and user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I find challenging about Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud is its initial configuration, especially when tailoring granular access policies. Because it enforces strict identity-based controls, setting up policies that fit complex business requirements can take time and careful tuning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
