What do you like best?
We have been using Zscaler in my previous organization for more than 3 years, it is one of those worry free Cloud based SaaS solutions that's brain lies in the cloud. The industry leading SaaS solution provides a granular control on all aspects of security with it Advanced Threat Protection, Malware detection, DLP and other security features.
Zscaler also provides a reporting feature which provides insight into the Organization's web, application insights thus providing a great visibility on the browsing usage and for any potential security threats and provides this on a schedule basis on email.
It is a highly recommended solution for any growing organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
Bypassing traffic for applications that does not allow Zscaler intercepting can be a tiresome job unless you have the right tools like Wireshark and Fiddler.
The downside to this technology in general and not Zscaler is the scenario when the PAC files in browser or Zscaler app does not have the intelligence to identify when the primary ZEN node is having high network latency or some hardware issue, if this was known the switchover to Secondary ZEN node could be achieved without manual PAC file entry changes globally.

What do you like best?
I love how easy it is to use and how quickly it connects. I also love how I can connect it to my mobile device for authentication. No need to memorize approval codes or wait for security approval emails. Just quick & easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
Nothing! I do wish it wasn’t required to be used at all. However, cybersecurity is required these days. I can’t think of a way they could automate it any further without compromising the security aspects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?
Authentication part. Sometimes we must disable cookie in order to successfully log in in zapp. Zscloud logs are sometimes taking a long time to show. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
We have been completely satisfied with the Zscaler Web Security platform. It is very easy to deploy and produces very little false positives (which is good). Initially our company deployed using a PAC file to get it deployed rapidly and then deployed tunnels from each location (we are US based). Overall we have seen some performance gains and better stability once we deployed the tunnels. Additionally the Zscaler app has increased performance when working remotely over standard PAC file.
