**What do you like best about ZS Associates, Inc.?**

ZS is very thorough and responsive when issues are brought forward that need attention.  All of the ZS associates are professional and offer suggestions that save us time along the way.

**What do you dislike about ZS Associates, Inc.?**

I would have liked to have more conversations with the ZS technical team at the start of the project, educating them on how sales credits are tracked to determine if Xactly was the best compensation system for our business.
What was 'sold' to us and what was 'delivered' from an ease-of-use perspective were not completely aligned.

**Recommendations to others considering ZS Associates, Inc.:**

Outline all the business needs from a tracking perspective, hierarchy perspective, visualization perspective etc...  Make sure that what you want in reporting requirements are detailed and agreed upon so you are not charged for re-configuring  existing reports after the fact.

**What problems is ZS Associates, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZS is currently working on providing enhancements related to prior period processing, retro-active adjustment processes, incorporating backlog reporting views and connecting to and from Snowflake.

**What do you like best about ZS Associates, Inc.?**

The best thing about ZS was the people we worked with. They were extremely helpful with all of our questions. Even though we are not a super technical group they were able to bring it down to our level and taught us while staying patient and gracious.

**What do you dislike about ZS Associates, Inc.?**

We could have had more hands on training in the beginning phases of the implementation. The focus was more on how the data would determine and not as much "how to" training once the data was in the system. They taught us later but we could have done more training before launching.

**What problems is ZS Associates, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZS helped our company with the full implementation of our Xactly system. We were in continuous communication, almost on a daily basis and sometimes multiple times per day. They helped us tremendously with every facet of the implementation and have continued to work with us through challenges in our first year using the system.
