Fairly easy to use and navigate. The aesthetics are pretty good to. As soon as you go to their website, you can immediately begin navigating through potential properties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their listings aren't completely accurate as I assume they must be using slightly outdated configurations or something. I was able to locate a bit more on other comparable sites. The biggest problem is that the values of properties listed on Zoopla tend not to be quite what they are stated in person by the listing agents. Almost as a bait and switch. I use Zoopla a lot when finding homes to rent for my family members. Zoopla has an easy to use navigation and website. I like that you can control the alert notifications so when a property that meets your requirements is listed you can receive an alert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoopla allows landlords or agents to list rooms in shared accommodation as 'studios' or '1 bed flats', so finding a legit 1 bed room is different. They need to make a differentiation between this. Seems like their system has difficulties in differentiating between size of properties whether they be 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom or 4 bedrooms. the best feature of Zoopla, for me, is the heat map index for changing property values. I currently live in the US, but own and rent out property in Bristol, UK. In the time I was planning to rent out my property, I needed to gauge an appropriate monthly rent, as well as what to anticipate in terms of the value changing in the event that I needed to change the rent price. In some instances I feel that the estimate on housing valuations is a little inaccurate or at least hard to verify. This might be something that can't really be verified, but with listing all the different features and conditions of a house or apartment to get a value, it sometimes feels that this too subjective, and could alter the price too much, in the benefit of the seller. The support team is not up to par. I have not personally had issues but colleagues have been brushed off and ignored when trying to fix mistakes made by our team. Incredible insight into the housing marketing, invaluable information about house prices and history. This makes assessing house prices incredibly easy, particularly when working in the charity sector and dealing with the elderly, who could possibly be removed from their homes. This gave us an insight into how much a property is actually worth, and how we could best help and empower elderly people who were being taken advantage of by landlords and estate agents.
