I really like this software because it helps me understand how my business works, I can analyze in depth everything that is produced, earned, invested and more. This software seriously makes me wonder why we need an account manager...it does the work for you! I love that Zia uses an algorithm to generate suggestions based on what is working for our company and what is not. We used to use another software that would help all our team members "collaborate" BUT that made a HUGE mess. Things were forgotten, left unresolved, and it became a huge headache. It took me a bit to get used to all the functions. Don't get me wrong, its not hard, just time consuming at first. I recommend getting help from someone that has used it before. However, we are still deciding if Zia added onto Zoho is worth the money. My hope is that after several releases, the Zia product will bring a lot more to the table.
