**What do you like best about Zoho Zia?**

I found Zoho Zia very helpful. One is when I search leads on Zoho CRM through Zia search; I can easily see leads information & data. Also on Sales IQ, Zia filled in leads data like company, company size etc.  It is beneficial for Zoho users like us.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Zia?**

Zoho Zia in general, is very helpful especially in the AI time. I didn't find any issues with using it.

Zoho Zia is helping to collect customer data & a good sales assistant. It helps us make our job easy.

- Nothing as of now, but once we start implementing it we will surely have a lot to share, nothing that I can think of as of now.

**What problems is Zoho Zia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are in the used car business, and interaction with customer is quite complex, Schediling viewing, re-scheduling, Cross-selling our VAS products, etc. 
Zoho Zia would help us collect all these data points.

You can create tasks in this tool for yourself as reminders. Overall, Zoho Desk CRM can help businesses to provide better customer support, increase productivity, and gain valuable insights into customer behavior.

-AI predictions are spot-on

No downsides so far, except perhaps having a mobile version of the application.

Facilitating sales workflow, it's doing wonders in that regard. It's organizational features are pretty good for what I need.

**What do you like best about Zoho Zia?**

Zia is a handy tool for automating reports in Zoho Analytics, making more out of your CRM system and other tools. If you are using Zoho One, you will come across Zoho Zia sooner or later. Here are some examples: when I login to my CRM, I am greeted with the notification that 75% of Leads created in the last 1 week are not touched by any workflow rules, not bad. Also Zia can create reports in Zoho Analytics just by typing stuff like "Show me the revenue of last quarter".

**What do you dislike about Zoho Zia?**

While Zia is smart, it's not wickedly smart. E.g. when I use the Data Enrichment button, I often get questionable results. The idea is great: Zia can automatically fill out fields like address just by knowing the company number. However, for international companies Zia often gets the address wrong and uses a different branch than the one in my CRM.

As for Zoho Analytics: Zia can help if you ask the right question. E.g. if you say "number of leads this year" it will show you the list of leads created this year. However if you e.g. ask "Compare number of leads created this year to last year" then Zia doesn't understand the objective and will just show all the leads.

**What problems is Zoho Zia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personally I find assistants like Zia fascinating because they can help you to get a few interesting insights with minimal effort. It's very helpful if you are building your own dashboards and want to quickly identify the necessary fields. To say it's completely eliminating any of our manual processes would be a stretch though. Being a Zoho customer for years though I can definitely see the improvement and I'm sure there's lots of potential in Zia.

**What do you like best about Zoho Zia?**

It's nice to have a way to easily answer questions. if it did work. However, it is very not intuitive. When you type help (which is quite the basic requirement for any AI bot), it answers with "Sorry, I didn't understand that.". It also seems to go into a loop easily, and there's no apparent way to get out of it. 

**What do you dislike about Zoho Zia?**

Well, it's a nice start, but putting it as a product is a bit too early. It really is a premature product at best. It's not intuitive, barely working and doesn't really show any signs of any intelligence (artificial or otherwise). I believe it will probably improve a lot in the near future, but for now it is very underwhelming. 

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Zia:**

Well, if you are using Zoho CRM, then you will get Zoho Zia with the software. Hopefully, it will improve in the future. I believe it is incorrectly referred to as AI (to ride on the hype), but my belief is that it is not really based on a real AI engine. 

**What problems is Zoho Zia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, we are starting to integrate the Zoho CRM to our system and it would have been a really nice addition to have a tool (maybe throughout the Zoho one system) to enable us to view all the information that is held in the system. However, this is not that system, it doesn't really work right now.

**What do you like best about Zoho Zia?**

I like new technology like AI. I like it more when I can easy implement that technology in my CRM ecosystem with easy... like I did with Zia in Zoho.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Zia?**

Zoho CMS is one of the most advanced on market, with large customer base. With Zia they try to add some "New technology" with popular AI flavour. It remainds me to Cortana or Siri, but in their baby years. And that simplicity for free version is my first dislike. Pay for additional funcionality is second.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Zia:**

Zoho Zia is interesting Zoho breaktrought in the field of using AI in CRM aplications. Be one of the pioneer in that field is privilage... So try Zia....

**What problems is Zoho Zia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I cannot determine real benefit, except enlargement of my own knowlage and AI experiance. Using new technology which one day could be useful. I think Zia is in the beginning of her "production" life. Good beginning....

**What do you like best about Zoho Zia?**

I really like this software because it helps me understand how my business works, I can analyze in depth everything that is produced, earned, invested and more. Apart from that, he presents me everything in graphics and lists of all the information he collects, in such a way that I do not get lost and I carry everything very neat. I can have it wherever I go with just having access to the internet.

The disadvantage that I find this software is that it will only work or work through the Internet, and that limits me sometimes when the internet falls

I recommend them a lot because it is a tool that is a method that consists of directing, instructing and training the person or group of people that constitute a company or a micro company. It is very useful because as I said, analyze your habits and suggest actions to make it faster. In conclusion it is the best tool that a leader in a company can have.

It helps me a lot because I anticipate every problem and possible risks in the short and long term. Program and link my list of email contacts, for when I need to send files or work schedules to my work team. It is easy to work with as it learns about trends in the sales process and also analyzes us, monitors our actions
 and draw conclusions to help you efficiently.

**What do you like best about Zoho Zia?**

This software seriously makes me wonder why we need an account manager...it does the work for you! I love that Zia uses an algorithm to generate suggestions based on what is working for our company and what is not. We used to use another software that would help all our team members "collaborate" BUT that made a HUGE mess. Things were forgotten, left unresolved, and it became a huge headache. This is a much better way of seeing what the sales rep can do to improve CRM use.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Zia?**

It took me a bit to get used to all the functions. Don't get me wrong, its not hard, just time consuming at first. I recommend getting help from someone that has used it before. Even with the tutorials on the site, it can be a bit tricky at first.

zoho zia has a very intuitive development interface, besides being zoho comes from integration with the different de.zoho products what better the objectives or developments on all the products incorporating an AI for the improvement of service and support thereof.

in my opinion the problem of zoho zia and its products is the support of errors or management support that zoho offers, sometimes failures or errors occur and zoho does not provide any solution or response.

I think there are more powerful systems and focused specifically on AI or chat bot with more power and more economical

It's a very easy CRM to learn to use which is good for new organizations which are just integrating zoho into their work environments. I also like that the support is pretty helpful with guiding you through the functionality of zia.

There are only a few limited features available with the free version and then for every additional functionality, you have to pay more.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Zia:**

It is not a very visually appealing CRM but it does provide the good functionalities of a crm and gives you access to other zoho products as well.

We use zia for managing projects, newsletters, campaigns and communicate with different customers on collaborations for events as well. It is a very good tool for communication based surveys.

Overall it is a good tool. However, I think there is definitely room for improvement and potential for some updates to the product.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Zia?**

I didn't feel like it was super user intuitive. I think with a little work, it could be a great product, but we definitely ran into some issues with our usage of the product. 

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Zia:**

We definitely recommend using Zoho. It has been an affordable option as a CRM system for our company. However, we are still deciding if Zia added onto Zoho is worth the money. My hope is that after several releases, the Zia product will bring a lot more to the table. High hopes for some positive changes in this product!

I liked using Zoho on its own, but didn't find a ton of benefit in using the ZIA aspect of the product

What I like the most is that simply by chatting with Zia and asking a question, it shows me all the records and reports without needing to look through all the data included in the CRM. Additionally, it allows me to know how each activity in my CRM account affects my overall sales revenue.

What I like least about Zoho Zia is that it can only be used with an internet connection and not all options are in my language.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Zia:**

I highly recommend using Zoho Zia as it allows me to do my work faster, as well as automate certain tasks that take up a lot of time on a daily basis.

It allows me to be faster in my work since I don't need to hire different platforms, with the corresponding economic expense, because I have everything in one. We have solved the problem of not having an IT department thanks to the use of this program.

Zoho Zia was so easy to install and apply to my business needs!  Offered fast predictions and allowed me to streamline my sales!

The user interface took a little while to get used to but was easy to filter and get the hang of quickly.

I really like that this is a cloud platform and how sleek their design is.  It’s simple enough that it’s easy to navigate, but it is also very powerful

Zoho Zia makes it easy to create and manage new tasks with AI in mind. Lots of new progress is being made across the industry, but Zoho has continually made this an easy process to follow and understand.

Not much to dislike. There is a bit of a learning curve though, in reference to how to best set up AI for a new business.

I like that I can stay organized and remain on top of leads! The analytics report is also useful especially in looking at the sales trends.

It seems hard to work with people that do not have zoho zia; not easy to share info with people not in the system.

Def do the free trial first to see if this is your style of management.

The way dashboards can be viewed using Zoho. Its like live dashboard with amazing functionality , such us drill down , easy linking to the data source

There is nothing such dislike , but I am sure they can improve it better

I like that it's very simple to put the survey together and you have a lot of freedom to design it how you want.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Zia?**

I dislike that you have to pay to add special features and that you can't change the ending of "That's all folks!" I would love to be able to design my own thank you form our company at the end.

In our nonprofit business, surveys are crucial to knowing how our donors feel about us and what we may need to change. Zoho is a great tool to create those surveys!

The layout is simple and easy to navigate. All the information I need is set out in a clean manner. Leaving notes for colleagues is simple and there's no confusion on previous contacts. 

**What do you dislike about Zoho Zia?**

I find that having information displayed next to instead of below can be a tad confusing. I'd recommend it all be separated in chart form. 

**What problems is Zoho Zia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to communicate effectively through note leaving processes and have no issues contacting clients with all the available contact information fields. It's as easy as giving a non-user instructions to use in the event of an absence as it is for a regular user to navigate.

It's easy to use, easy customization, it's free for 3 users. The navigation is easy. It works really fast.

It has a few glitches and the customer service it's a little bit complicated when you need help.
