Even though everything is there, I'm still having a hard time with scheduling and the calendar, and getting Zoho to sync with my office calendar. **What problems is Zoho Webinar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zoho is one place to set up registration, record the webinar, record metrics, and know who did and did not attend. Before Zoho, I was preparing an email to ask customer if they wanted to attend, then I had to send them the link. I also had to record who wanted to attend on and xls file, then I had to take a snapshot of who attended during the webinar, and it would take two to three hours, just in doing the setup for a webinar.
