sometimes when handling many tasks together, the dashboard can feel slightly crowded, specially if multiple projects are open at the same time. A few advanced features also take some time to properly understand if someone is not from technical background. i also noticed that when many tasks, tags, and timelines are added together, the workspace can start feeling little crowded. A lot of the integrations that they have don't work the way most other similar projects do. For example, we would love a really good integration with GitHub, as we update things in GitHub, it's just really easy and just updates things back to Zoho Projects because we use GitHub as our source of truth for everything. But without a lot of extra work. It doesn't integrate simply with GitHub. Not the simplest one to set up.
