**What do you like best about Zlappo?**

There is something sneaky and untrustworthy about the founder of the company. Several changes to the terms of the deal led to all of my clients' sub-accounts being downgraded to the free tier as a result of the deal changes. I have not received any response in the form of an email or a message from him.

**What do you dislike about Zlappo?**

Customer support, the user experience, and glitches. Unreliable founder.

**What problems is Zlappo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paid account has been downgraded. 0 benefits.
