At first, it is not intuitive. It consumes more storage and computer resources. With its not user-friendly features, it postpones the queries of customers which can delay working. It requires a good internet connection. There is some time delay or lag an audio communication. The management interface is limited and only present on the premise device. At first it was annoying to jump between different admin portals, but in recent years they've made ZixCentral much easier to access and deal with.
