If you don't like a product send it back and get a refund no harm done!!! It's a blessing in a world where the cost of living is increasingly higher than we're used to and finding money for bills is difficult. This is the one stop solution for all your needs!!! Get money! Get zippy! **What do you dislike about Zip for Business?** Zip is a credit based service so what you do matters it can be hard as they don't move much on deadlines. In the plus side they are responsive. Handy to know once this bridge is burned it's burned. **What problems is Zip for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zip means I can buy the things I want, test the things I like the look of and return them if they do not suit or are not workable for the purpose I bought them for. It means I can have nice things without feeling like a bum. Its a zip on bs. And it feels nice to say yes! ### 2. Anytime I've ever had an order get messed up or something go wrong on the seller's end, they are prompt to get my funds back in order and everything situated with the account. I haven't had one problem and I've done well over a hundred transactions using Zip. **What do you dislike about Zip for Business?** Nothing I dislike about Zip. Their app works the way it's supposed to, they are responsive and alert to questions and concerns. So, nothing. **What problems is Zip for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zip helps me purchase things I need and want when I want them, plain and simple. ### 3. I wish it was available to use through more channels, however. **What problems is Zip for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can purchase something upfront for no or up to 20% of the cost of the item I want. It helps not only give me plenty of time to pay off the item without having to wait for it but it also is an inexpensive way of doing that and helps build my credit rating in the process every time a payment is made. ### 4. Payments were to be made every 2 weeks until full payment was achieved. Zip processed all 3 payments the week after the first payment was made. I was told by their CSR that the payments were made manually so there was nothing that they can do. I didn't set up an account to manage the payments and have not been able to set up an account after taking to Zip. HORRIBLE company. **What problems is Zip for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is not benefit working with Zip, they are liars and scammers. ### 6. They give off a smaller company feel in the focus that they put on those companies that use their platform. They also try their best to include each company in their brand specific marketing initiatives. **What do you dislike about Zip for Business?** We are looking to do a try before you buy option on our website, but they don't currently offer that. Although, they are willing to develop it. **Recommendations to others considering Zip for Business:** They give great personalize support, but are a smaller company in the alternative payments industry. So they aren't as sophisticated in things beyond paying in installments yet. Hopefully more to come. **What problems is Zip for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to give our customers different ways to pay, namely a financing option that works with our higher priced products. ### 7. It's taking the pressure off by splitting their payments over time, and allowing them to get the instant gratification of buying our product. ### 8. We would like more in-depth reporting on who the clients are. We would also like to have more access to the marketing side of things. **Recommendations to others considering Zip for Business:** I would give it try.
