There are many things that I can say positively about Zip but I appreciate their responsiveness to returns and refunds the most. Anytime I've ever had an order get messed up or something go wrong on the seller's end, they are prompt to get my funds back in order and everything situated with the account. The fact that they processed 3 payments to my bank account weeks before they were supposed to. Payments were to be made every 2 weeks until full payment was achieved. Zip processed all 3 payments the week after the first payment was made. I was told by their CSR that the payments were made manually so there was nothing that they can do. I didn't set up an account to manage the payments and have not been able to set up an account after taking to Zip. HORRIBLE company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have received very perrsonalized attention at Quadpay, in contrast to other alternative payment providers that we have used. They give off a smaller company feel in the focus that they put on those companies that use their platform.
