Our employees could drop and add shifts whenever, wherever. ### 2. Employees can send their requests directly in the app to their manager and it can be approved or denied right at the touch of a button. **What do you dislike about Zip Schedules?** There is nothing to dislike about it. The app is very easy to use and I have never had issues with it thus far. **What problems is Zip Schedules solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scheduling, shift changes, requests, etc. are problem solved when using this app. Benefits I have realized is I can send out alerts, updates, and any schedule changes in the app itself. It allows to simplify work, which becomes more time to work in the production of the company. ZipSchedules allows you to create and organize the work schedules of each employee in just minutes, also with its mobile application allows each worker in real time to know your schedule, this also helps to simplify labor costs. It also allows me to create templates of work schedules and use them weekly, and if there is any modification it can be done easily. One of the most important aspects that I like about this software is the interaction that the employee has with the managers, since the employees can also send their schedule and be adjusted to the one created by the company.
