## Zip Reviews
  ### 1. Easy, simple, and highly effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben S. | Procurement Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Procurement is a complex business process, but Zip makes it dead simple. Approvers can quickly understand the details of the request and what tasks come next. Procurement is only one of the many important tasks assigned to finance, legal, and compliance teams; approvers should spend time approving, not searching through their email & slack for information about the request. If you participate in your company's procurement process, Zip will drastically reduce your frustration and lead to more informed due diligence.

Plus, their support is truly remarkable! Their response rate is minutes--not hours or days--and their response is always informative.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

The process of uploading contacts/agreements is tedious but necessary. If there had been an option to bulk upload documents and file them to the correct vendor, the one minor annoyance in onboarding would have been avoided.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Procurement is complex, but it does not need to be complicated. Zip standardizes and adds transparency to the procurement process. This has led to less frustration for requestors, approvers, and vendors. Having a positive experience with procurement ensures requestors continue to come to procurement instead of partaking in maverick spend.

  ### 2. fast and easy to understand P2P platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

user intuitive interface, easy to make changes/updates, integrates with Slack

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

product is still very early, doesn't integrate well with Sage Intacct, doesn't support vcards with bank credit line

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we didn't have a purchase request process before, now we have a clear way to have discussions around spend requests that is fast and easy for teams

  ### 3. Zip; A game changer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebeca R. | Sr. Procurement Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

I love that Zip allows us to customize our approval workflows as much as possible - especially compared to other procurement systems. It is clear that the Zip team is on a mission to be the best in the market, and in my opinion, they are well on their way to being exactly that. Such a user-friendly platform has reduced our need to train our internal requesters on how to submit purchase requests, thus giving our procurement team more bandwidth to work on more important things. It has also enabled our internal approvers to maneuver through their reviews quickly and with ease. Summer Li, our customer success expert, has also been a pleasure to work with! She is always available to answer any/all questions promptly and has done an excellent job of keeping our teams connected via recurring sync sessions.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

There aren't many significant dislikes to mention here. The only "dislikes" to mention are minor user interface issues, like not being able to open a request on a separate tab when viewing the complete list of pending approvals or not being able to customize the drop-down status list on certain approval steps (i.e. the only options as of now are to choose between "ready to start" "in progress" "waiting on vendor" and "blocked internally"). It would be nice to be able to add other statuses like "approved with conditions" or "waiting on requester reply," etc.).

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zip has enabled us to better track our procurement department's performance metrics, from cycle time for requests to how long each approver takes to review/approve a request. It has also allowed us to better communicate internally with our teams via the Zip request record. It also serves as a one-stop shop for any/all procurement-related functions, from submitting a simple purchase request to requesting a review from our legal/security teams. Overall, it has helped us centralize our procurement operations, giving each department clear visibility into what is going through our pipeline.

  ### 4. Dynamic platform with a great user experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany S. | Manager, Accounts Payable and Procurement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The most valuable part of Zip is that it has provided a location for all the information our organization needs to view in one place. Additionally, it allows my team to analyze and evaluate the vendors we currently utilize to ensure we are spending most efficiently. Tyler Hansell was incredible, and he was able to help guide and support us as we implemented the platform in a short time frame than we initially expected, creating immediate value.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

One downside of Zip is that it currently does not integrate with our ERP system. This requires us to access multiple locations for some requests still when using the platform.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Zip, we did not have one place where a shareholder could quickly request a purchase, view historical purchases, and communicate cross-functionally without using multiple systems.

  ### 5. Up-and-coming Procurement tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

From the admin side, having the ability to edit erroneous fields easily has made life easier.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

There are duplicated steps (anticipated total spend) vs. line item breakdown that makes the process a bit tedious for PO submitters.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to generate POs and connect them to NetSuite and track vendor level spend more cleanly.

  ### 6. ZIP for the WIN

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie S. | Sr. Director, Strategic Sourcing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

What has always excited me the most about Zip is that they can speak the procurement/sourcing language. They know exactly what our problems are and have created a fantastic solution.
It's also been a blessing to have the ability to configure and admin the tool ourselves, giving our internal technology team a pass, which also gives us more autonomy, speed, and flexibility

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

There are so many additional functions that we would like (ie: better executive dashboards, ability to configure our own savings tracking). But we are confident that we are able to influence their product roadmap and they are taking our asks seriously.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

End to End workflow management
Visibility for our stakeholders
Reporting for us
Integrations! and Automation between systems.
An easier intake with strong UI and experience

  ### 7. ZIP keeps our team working smarter and not harder.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monette Q. | Accounting Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

A solution for streamlining the purchasing and Vendor Management process, as well as being great partners in ensuring we had company wide adoption

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

The ZIP platform is a newer tool to the scene so with that comes small things you'll need to connect with your CSM on. One request we had was to add the invoices to the Vendor tab. ZIP took our feedback and implemented those changes right away. This process isn't a dislike, but more so an added area to be mindful of.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZIP has solved for our internal purchase request process, the influx of invoices across our 8 entities, and better visibility into the various tools the team was using.

  ### 8. Zip: Trending in the right directions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip is an easy-to-use tool that allows transparent approvals, and customizable workflows, and is easy to administer with no coding involved. I love that Zip is constantly listening to the customer and taking their time in building a very strong tool to help shape the next generation for Procurement + Sourcing professionals.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

No proxy feature makes it hard to assist and train other users in this digital age.
No sandbox environment to test and build out new processes.
No schedule reporting or share reporting features make it so that each person must create each customized reporting in their own instance.
Lack of choices in statuses on approvals.
I wish there was more visibility into the different integrations between Zip and X. Example: I wish the comments in Ironclad could be reflected in Zip.
Wish there is a way to restrict workflow for specific users. Currently, all workflow is visible to all users.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zip is a great entry point for all intake requests. I have used other solutions in the past that don't have the same level of customization that Zip allows. Additionally, all the features in Zip make it easy for the end-to-end process to allow the procurement team to stay lean by forcing the company to be more self-service.

  ### 9. Simple + Powerful Procurement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip blows the competition away. We went from having no procurement team and/or function to being up and running in weeks, not months. Their onboarding and support team were amazing, and we weren't forced to work with some third-party service provider for implementation.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

This is splitting hairs, but I wish there was a better sandbox environment for us to test new workflows and permissions without exposing them to our end users or skewing our analytics. It's a minor inconvenience now, but one that we'd like to avoid as we scale.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zip ensures that our users aren't afraid to work with procurement. The intake process is both simple and comprehensive. The logic conditions allow us to tailor each intake to the commodity type, budget, urgency, and risk factors.

  ### 10. Zip is a wonderful way to streamline the Purchase Order Process!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley L. | Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

It has made our PO process MUCH faster. It is user-friendly and gets all questions answered at the beginning of the process. This helps all teams approve it quicker and shows everyone involved where the PO stands in the process. Our approach used to be manual, and now with Zip, the communication between all groups much easier and more visible.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

The amount of work for set-up was a bit time consuming, but once we went live there was little to no issues because of the work that was put in originally. It is a great resource for our company!

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have many communication issues with people forgetting to approve their steps in the process. Zip sends reminders and notifications to everyone involved when something is due, and it has helped the process be MUCH quicker.

  ### 11. Notifications integrated directly into Slack

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsay G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

With ZIP/Slack integration, ZIP request progress notifications (approvals, comments, action items, etc.) ping directly to your Slack account

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

No dislikes. Further integration of purchasing software with ZIP by my organization could make for a better user experience regarding seamless legal/purchasing data management.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract review and approval by Legal

  ### 12. Awesome solution - employee adoption speaks for itself!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wendy S. | Head of Procurement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip's solution is slick and built with automation that ensures key stakeholders are part of the review & approval process. We love the transparency and the ability to modify workflows without needing a dedicated support team to make changes.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

I have not experienced any issues with Zip - our employees are very pleased with it and have great things to say.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've gained a lot of visibility into our spending. In addition, we have mitigated risk by ensuring Legal, Security and IT stakeholders are part of our review process in conjunction with our financial reviews.

  ### 13. Makes procurement a breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mo A. | Assistant Controller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip is a great integration layer with your existing systems to keep key stakeholders in their native systems while ensuring a smooth procurement process. Very simple to use and configure.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

It's a new product so features and interface continue to change; resulting in more questions for end-users on how to use it more intuitively.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brings all parties and tools involved in the procurement process to one centralized place.

  ### 14. Zip Intake-to-Procure - Creating an easier Procure Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

It's easy to navigate; the support team is always available. Quick turnaround for special requests and training is on hand and full of material. There are reporting features, insights, and agreements the opportunity to see your spending and other data.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

I think the only dislike is that there can be quick changes to the interface and this can be confusing at times, but other than that I don't really have any complaints.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, Zip Intake to Procure is solving the problem of tracking spending and having one vendor portal; it helps to be able to access all vendor information in one designated spot.

  ### 15. Zip was a game changer for us!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill B. | Director of Procurement, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Such an easy to use system to create workflows and to also adjust them, pretty much on the fly.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

The ability to configure reports. There's now an ability to save views but report configurability is not fully fleshed out yet.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enabling great levels of visibility and enables us to more quickly review and organize requests.

  ### 16. I highly recommend Zip's highly customizable interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanisha R. | Sr. Manager, Procurement Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The ability to customize the tool to meet your company's internal workflow process needs that may include IT/InfoSec, FP&A, Legal etc.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

The lack of reporting capabilities within the app itself.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our internal buyers to see the status of their requests from start to finish.

  ### 17. Great product and incredible team, built for the user experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chanie W. | Senior Director, Finance Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The product gives visibility to our users and everyone involved in the procurement process, allowing procurement to focus on adding value vs pushing paper.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Zip is so customizable that whenever we saw something we didn't like, the Zip team helped us solution. Their product team pushes out improvements weekly.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visbility to all, Accountability (helps us track SLAs on response time), Audit trails... it's a robust system that is easy for the user and the administrator!

  ### 18. A fantastic product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

ZIP helps me track vendor management, internal reviews and procurement tasks. The customer support is great!

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

The reporting aspect could be better for pulling data from entered requests.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly to track progress on all intake to procure requests and for a one stop shop for all internal stakeholders/reviewers.

  ### 19. Great product, great service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shana H. | Procurement Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The customizable intake form and approval flows are incredible.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Dowlnoadable reporting could be more robust.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better tracking of spend! This is an asset company wide for all departments.

  ### 20. Zip is GREAT!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Fast product updates based on feedback, tons of capabilities when building workflows

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Reporting could improve, but there have already been positive changes made over the last 12 months

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One central hub for all of our vendor spend and associated documentation/contracts, as well as a tracking system for business owners to follow their requests through their lifecycle

  ### 21. Streamlined workflow that leverages out of the box integrations.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The out-of-the-box integrations allow for automation in the workflow approvals.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

No transfer to banking details and payment information directly into NetSuite. This feature is offered in Zip's P2P solution.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Siloed workflows across cross-functional teams. Zip allows us to collect and directly transfer information into other SaaS platforms.

  ### 22. Zip is a highly functional and easy tool for any Procurement Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen H. | VP of Global Procurement & Real Estate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The UI is fantastic for Zip, and it allows complete visibility not only for a requester but for all approvers in our workflows. The ability to update or modify workflows on the fly without being an engineer puts Zip above other tools that I have used and seen. The ease of integration with both our finance tool and other tools we use for communications and project management are some of the reasons we chose Zip.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

I would like to see more robust reporting functionality. The data is there and downloadable to a csv file. I want to see a connection to our Budget software to view budgets when approving a PR. I want more workflow options outside of a PR, such as renewal workflows that may turn into a PR or may not, Security evaluations outside of a PR, etc. I know that the Zip team is working on improvements in these areas.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have a clear centralized place for Vendor management which allows us to track purchasing, privacy, and security. Increased visibility on Vendors and PRs is critical, with many details that we need to focus on from many departments in our organization.

  ### 23. Diamond in the rough

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Collaborative space for reviewing new purchases
Integrations to tools teams are already using like Coupa, Jira, Process Unity, IronClad, etc
Product roadmap for an all in one suite

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Loading times
Usability can be improved with better ability to move between requests seemlessly
Dashboards could be improved
Integration with IronClad constantly breaks

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used for our intake process for procurement.

  ### 24. Awesome product just a lil pricey!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The flexibility of the product and ease of use is just out of the world. The demo was scheduled quickly and was very nicely done.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

There is nothing as such to dislike except that it was a little out of budget for us.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It would have solved the problem of random buying and money waste.

  ### 25. zip review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Intuitive and customizable for a personal feel but scalable to encompass multiple workflows and requests

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

on some occasions, bugs come up but are resolved...this is normal for any SaaS solution

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us scale our procurement, NDA and payment processes

  ### 26. Game Changer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ross S. | Head Of Procurement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Excellent employee experience! Most other systems are clunky and hard to follow. Zip makes requesting a purchase simple for Procurement and Stakeholders alike. Additionally, the no-code configuration is amazing. It makes workflow iteration and innovation super easy and manageable for procurement teams to fully own. It also gives Finance, Legal, and IT teams crucial visibility AND integration into their platforms of choice.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

It's still an early product and has some functionality gaps in dashboards and reporting. That said, the Zip team takes all customer feedback and is working on expanding its offerings. Since I have gone live with Zip they have already released some great new enhancements and features and I have confidence they will continue to do so.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Requisition Work Flows, Spend Management, Spend Visibility, Employee Experience, Vendor Onboarding, and centralized approvals and communications!

  ### 27. Zip is a highly functional and easy tool for any Procurement Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carey Beth K. | Procurement Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Zip?**

-Zip’s UI/UX is intuitive, clean, easy. Think the opposite of the old ERP system.
-It’s a no-code configuration, declarative design, highly configurable

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

I’m sure Zip is working on it, but:
-More documentation
-More options for notification configuration
-More reporting functionality. The data is there and downloadable to a csv file but would love in platform configurable dashboards.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Manual orchestration of procurement requests
-Consistent enforcement of procurement policies
-Intelligent interception of requests to preferred vendors
-Tracking savings from procurement negotiations
-Visibility to stakeholders like FP&A, IT, etc. on upcoming requests

**Working with Zip and their team has been amazing--any issues we have had we present to them and they fix pretty much immediately .

  ### 28. Flexible, straightforward, and streamlined, Zip transforms the requests and approvals experience.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip’s Slack integration and UI make it a seamless solution across my entire organization.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Zip needs more features for contingent workers.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spend transparency and compliance issues are solved through Zips’ seamless routing logic and vendor-focused features.

  ### 29. Zip is a seamless workflow solution for procurement requests and approvals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip’s platform requires no training and no IT assistance for our employees and includes a user interface that actually increases employee adoption. To break it down, the UI, no code platform, and slack integration makes Zip extremely end user friendly, and we love that!

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

There are tons of features for spend categories and software but none for contingent workers! The dashboard needs a bit of love too.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our purchasing processes were heavily manual and generally icky to use for our employees. This was clearly a compliance risk for us and, to be honest, a waste of time. We use Zip to solve these issues by increasing end user adoption and assuring compliance.

  ### 30. I’d recommend Zip for vendor approvals and an improved user experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Zip?**

I like that Zip allows us to manage vendor approvals and onboardings across the company with no code and no IT. And, the Slack integration is something employees love.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

I do wish Zip had some more GRC integrations it supported and that some of the reporting were a bit more extensive.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage all vendor requests and approvals, as well as all renewals and ongoing compliance reviews in Zip. We now have crisp visibility across the board and have 100% confidence that all requests are going through the right process while keeping employees happy with an intuitive experience, visibility, and with no training required.

  ### 31. We manage all spend approvals across our company in Zip

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Zip?**

I love the Slack integration, clean experience for our internal customers, and that I can administer the system without needing IT at all

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

I wish there were a way to save dashboard views (I have to reset filters each time) and that dashboards were fully customizable

**Recommendations to others considering Zip:**

n/a

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have a full understanding of spend that we have before it gets to the PR or PO stage, and we can also ensure 100% compliance across legal, data security, finance, and other internal departments. And, employees are happy because this used to be such a black box process, and only folks with tribal knowledge actually knew the correct process.

  ### 32. Zip takes care of all requesters

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael D. | Head of Procurement, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Zip?**

It’s easy for the requestor, it’s easy for the approvers, and it’s a no-code tool. I can alter flows without IT. It’s usability makes it one of my favorite tools.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Zip doesn’t support as much configurability of the dashboard and other scheduling settings as we would like.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Zip to solve for our manually coordinated requests and approvals systems that became risky for compliance reasons.

  ### 33. Zip provides an excellent mechanism to manage spend approvals

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Visibility into spend, the integration to slack, very easy to by team members, and a the virtual card system makes purchases easy.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

The provisioning and de-provisioning of users is clunky.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Have the means for spend approvals in place. It was very fragmented before and now gives us visibility into spend.

  ### 34. Visibility into our upcoming spend pipeline

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Zip?**

I love Zip’s integration into Slack, simple UI that requires no training, and how flexible each workflow can actually be depending on what the purchase is for. I’ve never seen procurement software like this.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

I would have liked there to be more features for contingent workers instead of for software, services, and other spend categories.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have a very fragmented purchasing process, and it was unclear what was being purchased, who was approving it, and how much we actually have in the pipeline

  ### 35. Finally a flexible tool that makes source-to-procure easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip’s flexibility allows me to manage, change, and update the flows pretty easily. I can make sure requests go to the correct teams.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

There aren’t sufficient reporting capabilities nor invoice features currently.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Zip, we managed approvals through many different systems, and transparency was compromised.

  ### 36. Zip is a highly functional and easy tool for any Procurement Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2021

More options for notification configuration and reporting.

Manual orchestration of procurement requests

  ### 37. A comprehensive vendor onboarding and approval solution with an easy to use UI.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The integration with our GRC systems and JIRA ticketing is really useful to our employees, plus the no code configuration capabilities make working with the intake-to-procure processes simple and easy most of the time.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

I’d love more GRC integrations and contingent worker features.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance and renewals were a real pain before using Zip for all vendor requests and approvals.
