## Zip Reviews
 ### 1. ZIP P2P - Amazing Tool!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley H. | Procurement Systems Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip offers an intuitive and user friendly interface making it easy to navigate. The platform helps in consolidating systems to a single solution. The capabilities of building out simple to complex workflows is a huge advantage. I’ve utilized this platform at multiple companies now and would definitely recommend as a solution for P2P.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Paying invoices direct from Zip vs an ERP system. I’ve had a short term experience with this part of the platform that was not ideal. That being said Zip is very open to feedback and improving features.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intake of vendors, contracts, and sourcing currently. I’ve seen and used it also for full P2P.

Helping in automating processes for intake of vendors and bringing in appropriate stakeholders based on conditions/triggers that align with our policies and processes.

 ### 2. Faster Than Coupa with Smart AI, But Needs Better AP Workflow Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John U. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Way more fast than coupa and good ai integration

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Needs comment area in the AP inbox for notes for AP person. Needs automatic ai for telling requesters that po is short and should automate workflow and follow ups

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster for AP processing

 ### 3. Very complete allows for payments from different countries. In Mexico, you need to fund the account.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel A. | Jr accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Fast approvals, clear and simple process

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Long PDF makes ZIP freeze, the search results could be impproved

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

single system that centralizes requests, automates approvals, and is user-friendly for all departments, improving efficiency and visibility.

 ### 4. Zip is the tool we have been looking for

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The simplicity of the UI and our ability to make configuration changes on the fly without engaging Zip and in many cases without needing to contact our technical teams. The tool was also one of the easiest to implement and did not require deep technical knowledge on our side to support implementation. No dedicated IT staff was required to be hired unlike some of the other tools in the market.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Zip does not have all the functionality of some of the more established tools. In most cases this is fine as those additional features are not needed.
Zip solves for some of the issues around new vendor setup and PO creation by tying those things together on one request. This does make it more challenging for PO only changes without a contract.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall it is increasing the visibility of our spending across the organization and improving how we prioritize our reviews and requests. The most important feature is that it allows us to more closely align the time and scrutiny we place against each request with the risk associated with the purchase. This helps with the overall feedback on the process because it eliminates the perception of significant wasted time.

 ### 5. Exceptionally Organized Event with Top-Notch Content and Networking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex A. | Business Development Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Very well organized event with great content and networking opportunities. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

All great. There is not much not to like

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to gain knowledge on the most recent technology advancement.

 ### 6. Zip is easy to use with a well-built intake PO module that offers extensive customization for admins

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

As the AP of the company, I use Zip every day. It's easy to use, with a well-built intake PO module that offers extensive admin customization, and great customer support with prompt responses.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

I’m not a fan of their Inbox & Bill module. The loading time is slow, the AP inbox only reads PDFs, and emails without PDFs will disappear entirely. There's no option to replace bill attachments or add additional supporting documents in the invoice tab, even though we can add it in the comments section, but most approvers don’t look at that. Competitors offer better functionality by allowing multiple supporting documents to be attached and viewed directly in the invoice tab. Additionally, the system flags duplicate bills based on file names, which isn’t effective, vendors often use the same file names, and Zip should instead check invoice numbers and amounts for duplicate. Overall, Zip still has plenty of room for improvement in the inbox and bill modules.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zip streamlines procurement and AP workflows, making PO management more efficient and structured approvals. This saves time, improves transparency, and reduces manual work.

 ### 7. Zip is a simple to use, yet comprehensive tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonja P. | Accounts Payable & Procurement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

We chose ZIP a year ago and the integration & implementation process was smooth. Zip is a much better way to manage approvals of requests/POs as well as invoices. What we like a lot is how receptive Zip is to make changes to the overall program to better accommodate our needs. We have multiple users in it every day and it is very easy to use. Customer support has been very responsive to our requests & helping us solve problems.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

I would like more reporting features, but Zip has been receptive to the requests made & may have added a few to their 'to-do' list.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Approvals - our old system didn't have approvals, so we had to rely on emails and manual tracking. Zip has made it so much easier to keep track of approvals, add & change approvers - it has really been a game changer.

 ### 8. Great potential and amazing support and implementation teams

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Provides central view of open requests with various reporting options available. The support team for this tool is superb. They may not always have the answers wanted - but they are great about responding in a timely manner and helping guide both the admin and users when needed.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

This is a newer tool so many features do not exist yet. Feature releases happen regularly so we need to rework processes frequently to best utilize the system. The workflows and queues are currently a very manual process and there are limited connects between production and sandbox environments.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zip has created a central location for procurement. It creates a clear approval flow to our internal stakeholders so they know when to help with what. This has reduced overall turn time in requests and created a central tool for all the stakeholders to have visibility to.

 ### 9. Great Automation and Custom Workflows, Needs Stronger Contract Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gagan Dep P. | Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Automated orchestration and intake functionalities. Customizable workflows.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Need more capabilities to support contract lifecycle management.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intake and orchestration.

 ### 10. Dynamic and well designed tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The tool is easy to use for both the admin side as well as the users. One of my favorite features is the ease of use in making changes to the workflows and questions. Also the product team is keen listen to customer feedback for changes and improvements to the tool.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Occasionally there are bugs in the programming due to the constant improvement of the tool. However, the help chat is really helpful, and the admins are quick to respond to inquiries (usually <30 minutes).

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed one place to capture vendor purchase intakes and approvals. Also, the requestors are able to keep track of the progress and ask questions in the tool, which helps with redundant questions. Additionally we rolled out the full P2P platform which enabled us to have the full cycle in one tool which helped with speed and tranparency.

 ### 11. Appreciative Zip Customer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The ease of use for requestors, the transparency of where the requests are in the workflow. Our transition to Zip was seamless, implementation was very straightforward with the help of the Zip engineer team.t, Launching our solution was seamless using only a welcome letter and simple video, using a simple video and

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Budgeting and Reporting. The reporting features could use some work, I would like to see budgeting down to the vendor level and the ability to create reports that mirror some of the insights.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a smaller company, we were manually handling all contracts with legal and accounts payable. Zip has provided the ability to funnel all contract or spend requests through one process. The ability to create purchase orders that will sync contract to invoices as well as the integration with our accounts payable solution for billing.

 ### 12. Great AI Tool for Procurement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert C. | Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Best AI agents for procurement needs. Must need in supply chain.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Cost is a little high compared to other similar companies.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assisting with all supply chain procurement needs

 ### 13. Zip Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley K. | Procurement Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip is a user-friendly self-service tool that simplifies procurement processes. As a procurement Manager, I find this this tool comprehensive in its capabilities. It helps track savings, obtain approvals, negotiate contracts, manage RFP vendors, onboard vendors, and pay invoices. It is the most effective end-to-end product on the market.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

My main issue with Zip is the change orders. It should be more visible to end-users and include legal, compliance, and infosec options to add to the approval workflow. Additionally, it would be helpful to merge POs and have change orders updates renewal dates on original POs.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Zip, our company lacked a procurement processes. Zip has addressed many issues: data collection, spend and savings tracking, invoice-PO matching, spend approval, and ensuring that we maintain compliant purchasing.

 ### 14. Flexible and Transparent, But Integration with Ironclad Needs Work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The platform offers a flexible and transparent experience that is easy for internal stakeholders to use.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

The integration with other tools, especially Ironclad, stands out to me.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to reduce cycle time and increase transparency.

 ### 15. ZIP has become an essential at our company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

ZIP allows the Procurement & Finance/Accounting Team to standardized workflows, processes and is extremely user friendly. We have a great CSM that we have bi-weekly meetings to review any issues or questions that may come up. ZIP has become a daily tool that I use in my everyday work, it helps me keep track of all open POs and Invoices which is crucial in my work.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

As many great features that ZIP has, I still think that still has many changes and updates they need to attend. Also, to be more catering all different types of spend for a varieties of companies.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a seamless workflow for purchasing across various departments with the built in approval steps

 ### 16. Great AP and procurement tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

We were previously using Concur for AP processing and had just implemented the PO feature but never put it into use before hiring a new head of procurement who decided on implementing Zip. The implementation was straightforward and integrated easily with Netsuite. The head of procurement has since moved on but we were able to transition the administration of the software seamlessly to our AP team. Zip provides great support for their tool and are regularly putting out useful features. We love the software and everyone on our team would highly recommend it!

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

There isn't anything major that we dislike and they regularly put out new features that have addressed some of our earlier concerns.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have a procure to pay process in place previously. Using Zip has allowed us to put robust controls over our vendor spending and streamline the coordination of the various parties that need to approve a PO (trust/security team, legal, FP&A, accounting, executive, etc.).

 ### 17. Zip for Procurement Orchestration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy C. | Director, Procure to Pay Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

It's a friendly user and backend/admin experience

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

There's still gaps in areas that are needed for more complex organizations to help scale (ie. reporting)

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zip is our front door/intake for purchase/third party requests. It helped to consolidate all stakeholders and process into one tool, leveraging conditionality and triggers to dynamically surface questions and requirements necessary for the type of request being raised. This really helped to improve user experience and transparency into the end-to-end process

 ### 18. Effortless Procurement with Zip: Fast, Customizable, and No Training Required!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip’s intake-to-pay and sourcing software is truly transformative! The intuitive interface requires no end-user training, and its customizable automated workflows ensure a seamless fit for our processes. Implementation was quick and painless, delivering rapid ROI through immediate spend visibility and control. Additionally, there is no need whatsoever to engage a third-party partner for post-implementation changes, updates, and builds of new workflows. Business owners love the transparency of the purchase request process, making collaboration and communication smoother than ever. Accounts payable also enjoyed an easy migration to Zip payments and have benefited from the intelligent workflows. With key integrations in place for DocuSign, Whistic, Zendesk, Slack, and Okta IAM, Zip allows for centralized procurement operations and reduces email volume. A cherry on top - their live human customer support chat makes trouble-shooting pain free. Highly recommend for any organization looking to streamline operations with ease and free up the necessary bandwidth to make procurement a strategic partner to the business!

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the exportability of out-of-the-box insights and data analytics. While the platform offers valuable visibility, greater flexibility in exporting ready-to-go reports would make presentation of Zip's incredible value even more powerful and better drive leadership decision-making. I believe this is on the near-term roadmap. Still, Zip remains an excellent choice for procurement orchestration!

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zip has provided a centralized solution for procure to pay operations and insights. My company has benefited from knowing that Zip is the source of truth and the only tool required for all third-party spend needs.

 ### 19. The top tool for procurement and AP

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meteb A. | Director of Procurement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

What I like best about Zip is how intuitive and user-friendly it is, making the intake-to-procure process seamless for employees. It eliminates unnecessary friction by guiding requestors through the right workflow, ensuring compliance without slowing the business down. On the procurement side, it gives us visibility, control, and automation — reducing manual work, improving approval speed, and driving better decision-making with clear data. Overall, Zip balances ease of use with strong governance, which is rare and incredibly valuable.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

The biggest challenge has been Zip’s pricing strategy — at times it hasn’t always felt fully aligned with customer expectations. That said, the company has clearly been listening to feedback and taking steps to adjust, which gives me confidence they’re committed to building long-term, value-based partnerships.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zip is solving the challenge of managing intake-to-procurement in a scalable, compliant, and user-friendly way. Before Zip, requests were scattered and difficult to track, which slowed down approvals and created gaps in visibility. Now, everything flows through a single streamlined process that ensures compliance, accelerates approvals, and provides better data for decision-making. This has saved us time, reduced manual work, and given both employees and procurement greater confidence in the process.

 ### 20. User friendly and flexibility of Zip

**Reviewed by:** Grace L. | Procurement Ops Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

Honestly, I have tried different Procurement Tool but Zip is the most user-friendly and flexible tool I have used so far. Aside from that, Zip knows the procurement personnel's perspective when dealing workflow, required documents etc.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

In every platform, there will always be flaws; however, I believe Zip is already knew and making it priority.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying qualified vendors, Invoicing, Purchase Orders and etc which is an all-in one procurement tool

 ### 21. Zip is leading the way in Procurement Orchestration and P2P Transformation

- Intuitive interface helps with adoption and user experience
- Amazing partnership from our CSM and the product team
- Integrations with NetSuite, Ironclad, Jira, Brightflag, Slack, etc.
- Leading with AI innovation and automation opportunities

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

- So many great product roadmap features but not enough resources to implement all of them

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Enabling our Procurement Policy -- has allowed us to transition all of our vendor spend from corporate cards to Zip's P2P process ensuring appropriate controls and visibility over spend
- AP Payment efficiency -- We implemented Global Payments and have seen ~8 hours per week of time savings compared to our previous AP payments process

 ### 22. UX and Customization ability is excellent!

There are some limitations in collaboration with external parties, but I believe Zip has a plan to address these.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zip is helping us to create a complete P2P solution that includes collaboration across all of our business units and key stakeholders. We have much greater compliance and visibility into our spend that helps us operate in a more efficient manner.

 ### 23. Amazing tool! Our users love it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip is such an amazing tool for our procurement process. As an admin, I find it easy to navigate when making configuration changes, and our users really enjoy how intuitive and seamless the request process is. They also love the virtual cards. It's really helped transform how we do procurement in a much more effective and streamlined way.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Nothing! Zip continues to expand it's functionality, which makes me feel like we went with a tool that really capitalizes on the latest in procurement technology.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zip helped us connect our intake process with our invoices, removing the manual workload of invoice matching from our AP team's plates.

**Reviewed by:** Natasha l. | Sourcing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip is very customizable. It's easy to navigate and makes the change management of using a P2P or implementing process very easy.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

If I could choose a downfall, I would say it is reporting. The reporting is OK but could be more customizable to be truly useful.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZIP helps us curate a seamless end to end process. Intake to payment lives in one system.

 ### 25. Best-in-Practice at Scale

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

ZIP helped our company to design, implement and refine best-in-practice procurement practices. The platform and product has continued to evolve, meeting and exceeding the increasiningly complex operations of my growing company.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

ZIP is not a bargain platform or product offering. A lite version of the platform is not offered and the full feature platform is expensive.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Procure to pay automation and deployment has allowed me to scale my team lean and task employees with strategic projects.

 ### 26. User Friendly, Functional, and Effective

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

Needs better integration functionalities across platforms or an expansion of Zips internal functions.

Putting processes in place and streamlining requests from the business, along with visibility into areas we are missing

 ### 27. ZIP Procure to Pay

**What do you like best about Zip?**

I like the dynamic function that ZIP offers, form allowing to get certain parties involved in a PO process to having certain questions appear only when needed. I like that users can also modify and adjust the platform as needed

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Sometimes there are restrictions put in place that does not allow admins to modify

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started a PO process due to ZIP

Ease of Use, Ease of Implementation, Customer Support very active

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Sometimes it is difficult to ask questions, as the teams are extremely busy

 ### 34. Customer Support

The quick and timely support. Always helpful and teaching us.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Need to get more Self-Service like you did with Merging.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Customer Service is amazing and that was a big miss in our old vendor.

 ### 35. Well integrated platform with customizable workflows for procurement and bill pay

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Workflow, integration, implementation, customer service, integration with NetSuite

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Menu structure not that intuitive vs. Bill.com

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 36. easy to use but will need a more robust P2P system

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Easy to learn and use. Very intuitive. Easy to train.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Reporting and vendor master data base between vendor master and vendor information in PO request. They need to tie together.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vendor mater needs to sync to vendor information on the PO request for tax and 1099 purposes.

 ### 37. Smooth and user friendly

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Zip?**

I like zip because it has been easy to navigate, there are no challenging areas that would require cutsomer service.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

I wish that Zip gave a more of a Linkedin community, the arena to make connections.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am sourcing and Zip is making the terrain easier to navigate

 ### 38. Highly customizable and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Their customer support is fantastic and available to meet regularly to answer any questions we have. They have also been very receptive to feedback about additional features we'd like to see and have implemented a number of requested items. The system is very easy to use from an admin and user perspective. The platform is very customizable which makes it easy for us to configure our internal processes with the tool.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

No real downsides. I'd love to be able to automate some review fields based on responses in the intake form but that's pretty minor.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us to capture all of the required information to understand what is being purchased and additional details that help inform what internal teams need to review before approving. We're able to keep track of what types of purchases, costs, etc. very easily.

 ### 39. Nimble P2P Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

In my experience, Zip has proven to be quite agile in terms of its functionality, there are many customizations and configurations available. I particulary appreciate how easy it is to modify and adjust workflows, which are neatly displayed as a visual swimlane.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Zip Intake still leaves some to be desired in terms of reporting; particularly when it comes to tracking maintenance renewals.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Zip as our Procure to Pay and receiving tool. Zip captures a lot of useful data on the front end / intake process that makes it easier for our review teams in legal & privacy to better assess incoming agreements. We have just launced our Zip AP UX, so the "jury's still out" in terms of how successful that is.

 ### 40. Easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The elegance and simplicty of the user interface

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Nothing material - it would be good to have OCR capabilities. I understand that's in the works.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coordinating among stakeholders and centralizing all information and input regarding a request in one place

 ### 41. Zip really works!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip has been truly effective for us; the system is intuitive and the internal adoption and positive feedback speaks for itself. We have quickly improved visibility, compliance and spend control in our organisation.

Configuration is very easy and the ability to easily modify workflows without the need for support is great for us.

The integrations such as Slack for notifications are great, as well as the seamless DocuSign integration which has been a real game changer for us.

The support and implementation team from Zip have also been great throughout.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

For now, the limited functionality for vendor compliance and onboarding is a bit of a gap and it would be great if we could see this implemented within zip.

The option for running sourcing events (which I understand is in the pipeline) will be a massive winner.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improved visibility for all purchase requests. Automating and integrating the approval workflow process into one tool and centralisation of all request forms for users.

 ### 42. Making life for Procurement efficient and user-friendly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francene B. | Procurement Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip Intake featuresare user-friendly and is a streamlined process. It is an efficient experience for data collection adn form submissions. Zip is easy to use and enhances overall user satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

As a Procurement Specialist using Zip Intake, a downside for me are small details. There are some limitations in customization and at times. For example: communication with our other implementation platforms is limited.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zip Intake is solving the challenge of efficient data collection and form submissions. It benefits our Procurement Team by saving time and streamlining processes.

 ### 43. Zip is a game changer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip is easy to configure and customize conditions that fit your company needs. The workflow visibility is very helpful so everyone can see status of a request and what steps are remaining. Zip also makes vendor onboarding easy and has helped transform this manual process into a seamless electronic experience for our supply base.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Downloading invoice data is helpful, however Zip does not have the ability to pre-set report conditions for recurring data review. They have this feature on the request side, and I would love for this expanded capability to be available on the invoice side as well.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company previously routed purchase approvals via e-mail which was lengthy and difficult to track status. Zip's intake form is simple and provides everyone the visibility to see what approvals are needed and who has the action at any given time.

 ### 44. Making things easy with ZIP

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul Erik C. | Tax Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

1. Integration with accounting system, specifically Netsuite.
2. All-in-one platform where you can onboard, process, and pay
3. ZIP is very user-friendly

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

As a user from asian country, I think the only dislike with ZIP is the availability of their admins and/or customer support since they're based in western countries.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual process - ZIP really solved our problem with manual toil. It eliminates manual endorsement and approval.

 ### 45. Best tool for contolling our spendings!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emanuel F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip is very ease to use and the implementation was smooth and very fast. The support we had from our CSM and from all the entire ZIP team has been amazing! We use this on a daily basis to controll the budgeting and speding on our application porfolio (new tools and renewals) and also the purchase of IT Equipment. The integration with Jira is amazing and this allow our team members to just of focus on using just one tool to manage all ticket.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Not a dislike but and improvement in would be if ZIP could support deeper integration with Jira to allow matching of ZIP fields with Jira costum fields would be awesome.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to centralize our spends in one place

 ### 46. Great Agile Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dane B. | Head of Procurement & Contracts Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Zip being a no code and easy to configure platform is incredible powerful, we have rolled it out to an organisation with no procurement platform previouly and the uptake has been fantastic. CMS and AM are are always happy to assist with any questions we have.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Although it is improving, it is very localised to the US market and some further changes to a global company would be great.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zip is helping with spend visibility and

 ### 47. ZIP Implementation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brooke A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The ZIP Intake process is extremely customizable and as our business evolves we are able to create additional workflows and identify new ways to improve our process! The ZIP customer support is amazing with a rapid responses and hands on assistance whenever needed!

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

While implementing ZIP we have come across a lot of feature requests - Many of which will be coming out in future releases!

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows for the proper routing of invoices to thier respective approvers across entities and departments which then syncs directly into Sage Intacct.

 ### 48. Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

Offers a clean user interface and opens up access to the entire company to submit procurement request.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Not as robust on the billing side as Bill.com. It can take 5+ days for payments to settle with vendors, which means you need to complete your AP process extra early.

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows anyone inside the company to submit a request and allows the requester to engage and track the approval flow process.

 ### 49. Intuitive system

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Zip?**

* Workflow is very intutitive
* Flowchart is fantastic and helps to show the progress
* Quick responses from Zip team on troubleshooting
* Integrates with e-sign tools

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

* Could use more reporting/insights capabiltities (they are working on this, though!)

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Puts controls in place so we can adhere to internal policies on purchase approvals.

 ### 50. Making Procurement easier/gives visibility across the board!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer R. | Procurement Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Zip?**

The UI is easy to learn/use. Keeps purchases flowing smoothly, meanwhile giving the requester visibility into their purchase. You can adjust the workflow easily if/when there is a change in the organization/types of purchases. Communication between the requester/approver within the request for other approvers to see so they aren't getting asked the same thing over and over. Their support team is fantastic. They welcome feedback on improvements and constantly upgrade based on feedback received.

**What do you dislike about Zip?**

Needs more reporting functionality. Because the engineers are making so many improvements/upgrades, you sometimes run into a bug here and there; nevertheless, the chat tool gets you in contact with support very quickly, and it has never been anything that holds up the flow. I would like more flags/notifications

**What problems is Zip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives our team visibility into purchases across the organization and the requester's ability to see where their purchase is in the process. It provides us with one place to look for an agreement, see past purchases and see if it has already cleared security, privacy, legal, if needed. They have an incredible support team that takes your suggestions and implements them where possible.
