I have only started doing this job 3 months ago so for me having a resource like this is extremely helpful. It acts as a training resource as well as a quick reference tool for when I am on the road preparing to talk to a customer. The thing I find the most helpful are the videos, hearing someone explaining things in a new way helps me to learn new things as well as find better ways to talk about our products when I interact with customers. The V300 and the E500 playbooks are so helpful but not having a playbook for the P500 or anything like it is a bit of a pain. And the email deal update prompts are great - no login required, you go straight there. As a seller with limited time to do the admin stuff, making it easier and quicker is very important to me and I know the vendors value all the info they can get. **What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?** The vendor didn't disclose upfront that channel management is a different service they've procured. So redirections and emails from different domains is at first disconcerting. So in this experience to write the review, I understand the intial redirect for deal management goes to vartopia.com. Which isn't the same name as ZINFI, so I don't know what's going on there. Then this review is via G2, which at least I understand to be a review service. I think ZINFI/Vartopia should recommend to the vendors to make it a "thing" that they're using the service and make it a positive, rather than undisclosed surprising discovery. To me as a channel seller I'd be delighted to know it's a management engine I already know rather than "need to learn yet another one". I did a search on emails and found that I already use it for another vendor's deals as well as this one. You've already set a precedent coming directly to me around one vendor, ZINFI could take better advantage of that relationship by explaining which vendors use ZINFI and maybe having the "single pane of glass" covering multiple vendors. That would be serious value.
