What I like best about the UPM is that it is very helpful and easy to use as it brings the partner onboardings, training, communication and several other things in one go and it's very easy to use as well because it provides us insight on everything and for integrations as well it is super easy to integrate all the items with each other. The interface is user-friendly and automation features help us lot of track the ROI and track the performance metrics of all the users and all which saves us a bunch of time later on while reviewing the changes, productivity. The thing that I dislike about the UPM is that sometimes it can feel complex and overwhelming at first to use some of the features that are integrated into the platform and it can be a bit of learning phase to get use to those features so ig that can be improved a bit so it is easier to use at first and we get easy to use features or a better onboarding steps from get go. I like how each aspect of my partner journey with Make was made simple with the partner portal. As an automation developer, I'm exposed to several different types of SaaS tools and I've truly learned to recognize and appreciate simplicity. When I need to train I know exactly where to go when I need to register a lead it's a quick <5 minute process. Every now and then I reach out to old customers asking if they need my automation services and it's nice being able to check both my prospects and leads on the platform. Finally, the simplicity on how training documents are presented is clean and professional and not cluttered with bells and whistles and long loading screens. I wish there was a webhook feature where I could register a lead or prospect and have it sync to external platforms. he main challenges I've encountered are the initial learning curve and the visual interface. While ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM) is widely appreciated for its comprehensive capabilities, the platform can have a steep learning curve. I use ZINFI through the Make.com Partner Portal (which is ZINFI-powered). I find that ZINFI UPM is a very well-structured and enterprise-ready partner management platform. I use it as a partner, since Make.com’s partner portal is powered by ZINFI, and the experience is consistent, organized, and reliable.

Everything related to the partner lifecycle is centralized: onboarding, enablement materials, certifications, deal registration, and program information. The platform clearly excels at governance and scalability, making it easy for vendors to manage large or global partner ecosystems while giving partners clear visibility into requirements and resources.

The biggest drawback for me is that the platform feels very enterprise-heavy. It’s clearly powerful, but the UI comes across as more functional than modern, and some workflows feel heavier or slower than they need to be for day-to-day use.

There’s also a noticeable learning curve, especially for newer or smaller partners. Certain tasks require jumping between multiple sections, and the overall experience would benefit from more UX polish, clearer flow, and better responsiveness.
