ZigiOps is easy to use, requiring no special skills to use, and very few to set up and administer. This means that my tier 1 team can be trusted to handle day to day operations without anything more than a KB article.
ZigiWave, the company behind the tool, are very friendly and extremely responsive.
Our implementation involved products they did not have in their portfolio, but they worked with us and created new integrations at minimal extra cost. They have been very open to suggestions to improve the product (example, adding Entra support for Single Sign On).
Support of jscript for data transforms is a Godsend, allowing us to quickly redact data we may not want to pass along to other systems (PII as an example) or enrich data as part of the transform and translation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Certificate support: There are multiple places to load certificates for different purposes, and you'll need to do most of the certificate management from the command line in different trust stores.
