Working around the clock, if any of our dedicated servers had issues, they would quickly help us fix. **What do you dislike about ZeroLag?** The control panel could use some updating. **Recommendations to others considering ZeroLag:** We didn't use Zerolag for much, but what we did use it for was perfect for our small business. **What problems is ZeroLag solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better hosting, increased speed in website. Would have continued with Zerolag but our company switched to BigCommerce which includes hosting. I did enjoy the speed and easy use of Zerolag. I would recommend if someone is looking for a dedicated server. ### 2. Average hosting service **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2016 **What do you like best about ZeroLag?** Zerolag has been a friendly partner for us, but recently with one client in particular, we had issues that required more inquiry and support tickets to be opened. Most responses were incomplete. We haven't had any issues setting up. **What do you dislike about ZeroLag?** We offered solution ideas to some inquires and received incomplete responses that ended up costing us an entire day for each back and forth. As an example: We submitted a ticket saying, "the firewall is blocking our IP. Please whitelist xxx.xxx.x.x" The response was, "We shouldn't be blocking your IP." We already knew the IP was being blocked. We were looking for a solution to the issue. After confirming the IP was in fact being blocked, the response was that one of five was whitelisted with a question of whether we wanted the other four whitelisted as well. Since we wanted them all unblocked, this should have been common sense, but required another back and forth to confirm. **Recommendations to others considering ZeroLag:** Write extremely detailed tickets when you have an inquiry and try to give them direction regarding what you think is causing the issue. ### 3. ZeroLag is not perfect, but there is a reason that we use, and continue to use, this service. ZeroLag is consistent, and most importantly, we have the confidence that our websites are secure. Migrations from our development server to live deployment has become a cinch since working with ZeroLag. Everything gets done quickly. The attention, client support and security we get from ZeroLag is outstanding. I recommend them highly. **What do you dislike about ZeroLag?** Backups for our production server were unavailable on many occasions. For the cost to use ZeroLag, there could be some improvement in stability for the websites, especially for our high-profile clients. We really enjoy the fact that ZeroLag has a strong support team, but we have also experienced some poor customer service in terms of rude language, and condescending remarks to me and my fellow co-workers. **Recommendations to others considering ZeroLag:** Highly Recommended! ### 4. I've been in the digital/ecommerce/web industry for 8+ years and I have never found a hosting provider and sys admins that are willing to help with everything and anything. They also look to the future and build services for the future. They've done a tremendous job supporting our agency. **What do you dislike about ZeroLag?** The control panel and monitoring tools are a bit convoluted. **Recommendations to others considering ZeroLag:** If you are looking for a top-notch hosting service who provides great support and is dynamic to your business needs, Zerolag is the way to go. ### 5.
