What do you like best about ZeroLag?

What do you like best about ZeroLag?

Zerolag has been a friendly partner for us, but recently with one client in particular, we had issues that required more inquiry and support tickets to be opened. Most responses were incomplete. We haven't had any issues setting up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroLag?

We offered solution ideas to some inquires and received incomplete responses that ended up costing us an entire day for each back and forth.

As an example:

We submitted a ticket saying, "the firewall is blocking our IP. Please whitelist xxx.xxx.x.x"

The response was, "We shouldn't be blocking your IP."

We already knew the IP was being blocked. We were looking for a solution to the issue.

After confirming the IP was in fact being blocked, the response was that one of five was whitelisted with a question of whether we wanted the other four whitelisted as well. Since we wanted them all unblocked, this should have been common sense, but required another back and forth to confirm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZeroLag?

As a web agency, we host most of our websites with ZeroLag and we are very happy with their around-the-clock support team, especially their prompt, detail-minded, high-quality responses. ZeroLag is not perfect, but there is a reason that we use, and continue to use, this service. ZeroLag is consistent, and most importantly, we have the confidence that our websites are secure. Migrations from our development server to live deployment has become a cinch since working with ZeroLag. Everything gets done quickly. What do you dislike about ZeroLag?

Backups for our production server were unavailable on many occasions. For the cost to use ZeroLag, there could be some improvement in stability for the websites, especially for our high-profile clients. We really enjoy the fact that ZeroLag has a strong support team, but we have also experienced some poor customer service in terms of rude language, and condescending remarks to me and my fellow co-workers. What do you like best about ZeroLag?

Zerolag has one of the best support teams that I have ever worked with. I've been in the digital/ecommerce/web industry for 8+ years and I have never found a hosting provider and sys admins that are willing to help with everything and anything.
