It’s great to be able to verify emails before sending, since it reduces the risk of hard bounces and helps protect your domain so you’re less likely to get marked as spam when doing cold outreach, which is wonderful. The main downside for me is that the process feels a little bulky: I have to upload spreadsheets, and it seems like it can only verify either personal or work emails one at a time. ZeroBounce is so easy to use. In a world of email blasts, spam filters, and firewalls - getting your message out to your clients can be challenging! Even if you have communications with a client muliple times, your domain emails can be flagged and stopped by the firewall and your website reputation can be harmed if you're emailing dead addresses. I enjoy using ZeroBounce because it makes cleaning my email lists extremely easy! It also protects my sending score because it identifies "abuse" contacts, meaning people that report emails are identified so I can remove them from the list. The only issue I have with ZeroBounce is that once it validates the lists, it will create numerous lists (i.e. valid, catch-all, abuse contacts). Expensive, but worth it! I find for a warm up period that the credits are expensive, however the monthly subscription price and credits makes sense for an ongoing basis. It would be nice if there was some sort of offer or collaboration between esps and zerobounce for when a customer is migrating and needs to clean their entire list.
