It is cheap and a great option for small businesses or fleets. We used the free trial version for just one of our vans, this is also a great service, before recently moving to the fleet trial and now paid fleet version. It is awesome being able to see where our vans are and redirect to meet our customers needs in real time. Th emap versions give us a great insight on how we currently plan our runs and we can immediately see some opportunity for improvement. The optimise function is perfect to get our drivers going on the most efficient route rather than their preferred route, should tehy differ. **What do you dislike about Zeo Route Planner?** Some minor challenges experienced with payment and upgrading the account but this was quickly resolved by the ZEO team via WhatsApp and a subsequent meeting. We'd love to be able to save routes as favourites and make minor adjustments to these each week as the majority of our deliveries are the same each week......we haven't found this option yet if it exists. **What problems is Zeo Route Planner solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating visibility of our delivery routes and the options to create greater efficiencies and significantly reduced costs.
