Sometimes it’s frustrating having to download a document instead of simply clicking a “print PDF” button. That said, they did implement a new feature that lets you select multiple documents to download at once, which helps. I just wish it worked across multiple searches as well. Furthermore, the formatting and alignment of text boxes in online forms could be improved when these forms are converted to PDF, resulting in a more polished and professional appearance. Lastly, ZenSign would benefit from being more intuitive by enabling users to easily reuse or auto-populate previously entered email addresses, which would minimize repetitive data entry and make the signature workflow more efficient.
