I enjoy the search functionality and that when I search for a keyword it will also search it within documents. I enjoy the new layout and pie graphs that indicate to me what signatures are outstanding, and what the assignment status is, I also appreciated that when I was not using a functionality (like issues) I got contacted and asked if I wanted to do training. Not being able to create a documents full table from the "create new" option in the right hand side. That I cannot make someone compliant for multiple training documents at once. That when I upload multiple documents to a group category at once it immediately puts all of them into effective mode rather than into draft mode. That I cannot apply the same document category settings across multiple document categories - If i could save a prefilled version and apply it to multiple document categories that would be great. ZenQMS is extremely easy to use and customize. Our favorite feature of the software is being able to create our own custom workflows to house all of our relevant quality data. Zen is constantly looking for ways to improve which is great, but the major changes require assessments by the user and these changes are a forced implementation. I’d love to see a bit more refinement in the form of template examples for building workflows that directly align with the Life Sciences industry, especially templates that cover GCP, GLP, and GMP activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how the ZenQMS training module lets us track training status, completion dates, and overdue assignments, which really helps us keep everything in order. It also maintains electronic training records, meaning we don't have to rely on paper anymore, and it’s much easier to access what we need. The ZenQMS document control module has a version control function that ensures everyone is using the current approved documents while keeping historical records of previous versions. I find the electronic workflows for document review and approval really handy since they improve the visibility of the document revision process, making it all easier to manage. Navigation to the controlled documents search is not very intuitive. It wasn't clear to me that I needed to select Documents and then Documents: Full Table to search within the system. Daily use of the system is very easy. Ability to log on using single sign on. Using the dashboards to monitor and identify tasks is very easy. It integrates well and it stays connected during the entire day. Very speedy reliable and can have multiple windows/tasks open at the same time. The onboarding support was amazing. I can't recall of any significant issues. I have been using the system for 2.5 years. There were some minor issues after zenQMS performed updates, but the issues were minor and detectable and corrected within 7 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
