The data of our orders get synchronized in realtime, preventing conflicts with products someone else is processing in the checkout. What used to be a huge hassle works now like a charm. In addition, we are now able to sell in Italy and France within two days as well, which helps us grow. What do you dislike about Zenfulfillment? I wish they would be able to also ship on Sunday, perhaps they can add a night shift at some point, which would speed up weekend sales. Our products get delivered directly to their fulfilment center, where they get stored and shipped once an order from a customer is being received. Zenfulfillment provides a thought through structure and system, which we could easily adapt and connect with our internal setup. The installed real-time synchronization of data and management works without problems and helped us to prepare for an increased sales via the online channel. While preparing of a multi country roll-out during the upcoming years, especially the tranparency about marketing data provided by Zenfulfillment is invaluable and incomparable within other providers.
