In the past, we’ve worked with True Commerce, SPS Commerce, and others, but Zenbridge consistently pays closer attention to detail and resolves any issues as quickly as possible. There is a proposal for a standard DTO set that should allow us to significantly improve our integration process, making the onboarding of new retailers faster and more predictable. Our systems will emit one clean, semantics-rich JSON object per event, and Zenbridge takes ownership of transforming it into whatever EDI or proprietary format the partner requires. This transfers the custom mapping effort entirely to the integration layer — where it belongs — and means that onboarding a new retailer should no longer require code changes on our side but just configuration. Love the role that they play in helping our company grow, by serving an unmet need that we couldnt find elsewhere. The trucking industry has a lot of legacy technology implementations and Zenbridge has a deep expertise in EDI technology and was able to take that understanding and bridge the gap between old and new tech and help us integrate customers into our platform and it is super easy to use and setup. Zenbridge made all of our order process mainstream and eliminated all manual work and saving hours of work. The platform is easy to use, the documentation is clear, and the interface is pretty intuitive. We needed a custom connection to help us balance inventory data across a couple of internal tools and a third-party system and they were able to execute this task. We expected a lot of back-and-forth or custom coding, but their team was super responsive, and the platform gave us enough flexibility to make it work without a ton of overhead. If any issues arise, they will see that they get taken care of as soon as possible. Zenbridge connects to several customer marketplaces using API, pulls the orders data, formats it as X12 EDI transactions, and submits it to our EDI VAN. They receive EDI transactions back from us and use the API to post shipment and order status back to the customer marketplace for each order.
