Zelthy-Patient Enrollment & Onboarding Reviews & Product Details

What is this product? Zelthy Patient Enrollment & Onboarding is an application that digitizes the patient intake process for pharmaceutical support programs. It provides self-service enrollment portals where patients or HCPs submit required documents, which are then validated through AI-powered verification. The application handles eligibility screening against therapy-specific rules, insurance validation, and digital consent capture — replacing paper-based enrollment that typically delays program entry by weeks. Key Features & Functionalities - Digital self-service enrollment portals for patients and HCPs - AI-powered document verification and data extraction - Automated eligibility screening against therapy-specific criteria - Insurance validation and coverage verification - Digital consent management with audit trails - Integration with downstream PSP workflows upon approval Primary Solution & Value Patient enrollment is the primary bottleneck in most support programs — paper forms, manual verification, and disconnected approval workflows mean eligible patients wait weeks to enter programs. This application reduces enrollment cycle time by automating document verification and eligibility checks, enabling faster patient access to therapy support while maintaining complete audit trails for compliance.
