What I like most are Zefort's exceptionally powerful search capabilities, which are highly versatile. The free-text search makes it very easy to find anything, it locates everything I need. The filtering options and the saved searches created from them are extremely helpful in my daily work. **What do you dislike about Zefort?** One thing I find slightly frustrating is that an individual user cannot get the full benefit out of the system. For example, when a user has been assigned activities with deadlines, there is no clear way to view only their own activities, instead, the user has to go through all activities assigned to everyone. Additionally, Zefort has a great dashboard feature, but it cannot be configured to show an individual user's view, it only displays a general overview. Addressing these small details would further improve the individual user experience. **What problems is Zefort solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zefort has significantly improved our contract management. Previously, we used a different contract management system, but we were never able to integrate it into our daily operations. It was too complex, and no one knew how to find contracts in it. When we adopted Zefort, it proved to be remarkably easy to use. Users do not need to familiarise themselves extensively with the filters, because the text search itself is highly accurate and effective, and users can also take advantage of saved filters and search functions. I have monitored user logins and noticed that Zefort is used very actively across our organisation. We have integrated it with our contracting process and contracts are automatically sent to Zefort upon signing. We use a third party signing tool. Zefort's AI/search automations categorize our contracts automatically and put them in the correct binders. This allows the correct stakeholders to see them with no manual steps in between. Zefort integrates with our Entra ID user management, so users are automatically created and have the correct rights, no manual setup needed. It is blazing fast. Contracts are easy to find using a clear and effective search function. The user interface is modern and can be configured to suit your workflows. i would describe it as Google-like search for contracts. The pricing model is clear - you can actually view it on their webpage, no vague "contact sales" to get the initial quote. Pricing has been steady over the years, gradual inflation adjustment, no huge price jumps. Zefort support has been phenomenal. Fast, almost immediate responses with effective solutions. They've also incorporated my feedback into the product on several occasions and then kept me up to date on how the feature is rolling out. Essentially, if Zefort doesn't have something I think I genuinely need, I can trust that they will build it, if I just reach out to them. **What do you dislike about Zefort?** Zefort is a fairly small company, which means they aren't on the radar of giant SaaS companies, such as Salesforce or Anthropic. They don't get first party integrations that some of the bigger companies might have. This means that not all integrations are available out of the box and some configuration work might be needed, or you need to wait for Zefort to come up with an integration option. E.g. Claude got a first party Docusign MCP, Zefort didn't. **What problems is Zefort solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Zefort we were using a contract archive that essentially required a person to upload the contracts, input metadata, and put contracts into the correct binders. Our old system was also slow. Zefort has completely eliminated the need to have a person involved in the contract intake process. It is fully automated. Contracts are signed, sent to Zefort, categorized by Zefort, metadata is picked up by Zefort, and contracts are put into the right binders by Zefort. Being main user is easy on the platform and it does not require wide training to be able to use the system. Also our users seem to be liking the system due to its easiness. **What do you dislike about Zefort?** The AI mode does not really work that well. Even when saving similar documents multiple times to the system, the system does not recognize the dates correctly. I somewhat dislike that the contracts need to be reviewed each time they are saved and there are so many items the system does not automatically identified. This is time consuming, but hopefully in the future it will be better. I also dislike that the system does not recognize correctly the parties and it creates the same parties multiple times to the system. Combining the parties together is luckily somewhat easy. Also when sending the contracts for signing, we have seen that with some email addresses the messages do not get through at all. This might of course relate to the recipient as well. **What problems is Zefort solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have the agreements in one place. Easiness in finding the agreement in one place. Every time we have external visitors at the office, we do a office visitor agreement - we were able to make it electronic and it is automatically saved to the system. So it would be easier if it were searchable on the linked contracts. It's kinda hard to find, visualize, and scroll down. The linking of contracts with other contracts is maybe less intuitive, and you have to basically download the agreement before you can properly search it.
