Zefort works end-to-end and removes the need for manual contract archive work. We have integrated it with our contracting process and contracts are automatically sent to Zefort upon signing. We use a third party signing tool. Zefort's AI/search automations categorize our contracts automatically and put them in the correct binders. This allows the correct stakeholders to see them with no manual steps in between. Zefort integrates with our Entra ID user management, so users are automatically created and have the correct rights, no manual setup needed. It is blazing fast. Contracts are easy to find using a clear and effective search function. The user interface is modern and can be configured to suit your workflows. i would describe it as Google-like search for contracts. The pricing model is clear - you can actually view it on their webpage, no vague "contact sales" to get the initial quote. Pricing has been steady over the years, gradual inflation adjustment, no huge price jumps. Zefort support has been phenomenal. Fast, almost immediate responses with effective solutions. They've also incorporated my feedback into the product on several occasions and then kept me up to date on how the feature is rolling out. What do you dislike about Zefort? Zefort is a fairly small company, which means they aren't on the radar of giant SaaS companies, such as Salesforce or Anthropic. They don't get first party integrations that some of the bigger companies might have. This means that not all integrations are available out of the box and some configuration work might be needed, or you need to wait for Zefort to come up with an integration option. E.g. Before Zefort we were using a contract archive that essentially required a person to upload the contracts, input metadata, and put contracts into the correct binders. Our old system was also slow. Zefort has completely eliminated the need to have a person involved in the contract intake process. It is fully automated. Contracts are signed, sent to Zefort, categorized by Zefort, metadata is picked up by Zefort, and contracts are put into the right binders by Zefort. I like that Zefort is pretty easy and intuitive to use. The right price point is also a plus. It's well organized, and their customer service isn't faceless. Well, the way the PDFs are displayed, you're not able to actually search them very well. So it would be easier if it were searchable on the linked contracts. It's kinda hard to find, visualize, and scroll down. The linking of contracts with other contracts is maybe less intuitive, and you have to basically download the agreement before you can properly search it. Control find is maybe a downside as well.
