What do you like best about Zeffy?
I absolutely LOVE Zeffy! 💜 As the GM of SWAAD Taz, a nonprofit organization supporting Deaf and Hard of Hearing women through sports, fundraising is incredibly important to us. Zeffy has made it so much easier for us to turn our fundraising ideas into reality!
What I love most about Zeffy is how simple and user-friendly it is. I can create fundraising campaigns, sell products, collect donations, and share everything with our supporters without needing to be a technology expert. That makes a HUGE difference for a small nonprofit like ours.
We are currently using Zeffy to help raise funds for SWAAD Taz and our upcoming activities, including supporting Deaf women’s basketball and softball in the Southeast. We are even exploring fun fundraising ideas like selling our own 3D-printed SWAAD Taz products! 🖨️💜
Zeffy gives us an opportunity to raise money while keeping the focus where it belongs — on our athletes, our Deaf women’s community, and creating more opportunities for women to participate in sports.
I honestly wish I had discovered Zeffy sooner! It has become such a valuable tool for SWAAD Taz, and I would HIGHLY recommend it to other small nonprofits. Thank you, Zeffy, for making fundraising easier, more accessible, and more exciting! 💜🏀 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Zeffy?
One suggestion I have for Zeffy is to make the optional supporter contribution more clear during checkout. Some people become confused when they see the suggested 17% contribution and mistakenly believe it is a required fee, even though it is completely optional. This confusion can sometimes discourage supporters from completing their donation or purchase.
I would love to see Zeffy offer nonprofits the ability to turn the optional contribution feature on or off for specific campaigns, events, or stores. Having more flexibility and clearer messaging would create a smoother experience for donors and help nonprofits avoid misunderstandings.
Overall, I appreciate Zeffy’s mission and the support it provides to nonprofits, and I believe this small improvement could make the platform even better for organizations and donors alike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
