What ZebraSign Offers & How the Plans Work
ZebraSign is a platform for electronic documents and signatures. It lets you create, sign, manage, store, and track documents — replacing much of what you'd otherwise do on paper. Key features across plans include:
Virtual printer: Convert documents to PDF and prepare them for signing.
Templates & fillable fields: Create documents with predefined layouts where users can fill the needed parts.
AI assistant: Helps generate content, check/translate text, set reminders, and otherwise automate parts of document preparation.
Scheduling & reminders: Set documents to be sent at a certain time; get alerts for important dates.
Signing options: standard electronic, handwritten (on-tablet/with biometric input), and qualified signatures; options may vary by plan.
Document storage: The more advanced plans include higher storage capacities.
Team / API / advanced controls: For larger organizations, features like API access, group documents, registers/logbooks and more control are available.
Plan Structure & What You Get at Each Tier
ZebraSign has a few plan levels. Each level includes all the features of the lower ones, plus added capabilities to support more complex needs or larger teams. Here’s what differentiates them:
MINI:
Ideal for individual users or very small use. You get the essentials: create and store documents, sign (electronic or handwritten), use templates, virtual printer, basic fillable fields, AI assist, etc.
MIDI:
Adds more time-saving and workflow features: schedule document sending, automated reminders for deadlines, more control over timing. Suitable for users or small teams who have more document activity or need more predictability.
MAXI:
For heavier use: internal and external documents, logbooks/registers, signing directly on tablets (including biometric signing), more advanced document management, larger storage, more templates. Aimed at organizations that use ZebraSign intensively.
CORPORATE:
Designed for larger organizations (50+ users). Includes everything in MAXI + integrations (APIs), dedicated support, capability to customize features, advanced workflows, etc. This is for companies with more complex document flows, needing firm control, custom features, or automation with other systems.
