**What do you like best about ZaZaChat?**

ZaZa Chat was very easy to deploy and easy to grasp for new users.  It is very professional in appearance and the live conversations with customers was useful.

**What do you dislike about ZaZaChat?**

There was not much I disliked.  The only thing that comes to mind is updates took longer than anticipated which was annoying.

**What problems is ZaZaChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZaZaChat is solving the past issues involved in live conversations with customers.  It's very proficient and easy to understand which makes training new employess very quick and easy.

It has a clean interface and it looks professional on our site and I love that it has desktop notifications.

**What do you dislike about ZaZaChat?**

Nothing really, it works really good and we have what we need.

We used it to set up an online chat for support in our website and its nice to be able to set up agents and monitor the interactions.

**What do you like best about ZaZaChat?**

The system was easy to deploy and configure. It keeps track of all pertinent client behavior. Ticket reports and statistics are quite good. Furthermore, it offers robust integration support and scalability.

**What do you dislike about ZaZaChat?**

I did not encounter any real problem in the use of ZaZaChat and nothing I did not enjoy.

It makes support data easy to understand on the dashboard. Easy to track customer queries. Also, case number is generated once we log a case.

I really like the instant Live conversation with my customers. I like the simplicity of accessing and using the various possible shortcuts in no time.

There's nothing I've found that doesn't work or works wrong.

Breaks the barrier of having to buy or code a chat app.

Follow-up of customers from the live website.

The clarity of the interface makes accessing clients history very easy. On top of that, the support provided by ZaZaChat is excellent.

**What do you dislike about ZaZaChat?**

I did not find it a complicated or difficult tool to use. My experience has been satisfactory.

We can talk in real time with various companies or people and we tract metrics like response time, ticket volume and customer satisfaction.

It is very good for dealing with live tickets as it allows me to distribute tickets to several people in the company.

Nothing that I like less, ZaZaChat is quite simply a very profitable software.

Keeps a database of all our customers and their conversation history.

Ability to merge tickets help in merging tickets from the same client into one place and solve it right away.

As such of now, there is no such thing I like least, but they have to improve on integrations.

Makes ticket management really easy and developing of solution articles for our clients.

I love how tickets are organized in ZaZaChat. I can search and find current and past issues easily. Call recording is easy with ZaZaChat and transfers are smooth.

**What do you dislike about ZaZaChat?**

I can't complain at all this system works much better than my older systems.

It allows audio calls and chat whereby I usually discuss issues with the customer.

Ticket creation and allocation to available agents is fast and easy. Moreso it's possible to analyze the management times of the tickets.

I've never experienced any hitch or data issue. It's a very stable software.

The ticketing management, multi-channel support and knowledge base. Pretty good and smooth.

It is quite easy to get in touch with the customers and client & their product is also easy to understand. Also, you can have awesome chat & conversations with people around globe.

It gets hang someday and you may feel like getting scam. Also, UI needs to be more user-friendly.

It is a one stop solution for all the help-desk requirements to manage calls & chats for support requirements.

Awesome conversations on chat. it is  the place at which you're looking for a conversation and it is also about how effective you are on motivating people or starting a conversation.

**What do you dislike about ZaZaChat?**

Might someday someone get spam and scam but its nothing to do with app.As with online there is risk always assessed and with go.

**What problems is ZaZaChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zaza chat rooms are compatible with on any of your platform. Help get past your social fright with random chat rooms at our awesome chat website and maintenance of decorum.

**What do you like best about ZaZaChat?**

I love that you're able to answer calls in the chat you're also able to chat within the chat interface as well that makes it easy to not have to toggle through multiple systems manage  trouble tickets and my company even use their knowledge base to build a help site for employees to use it more efficiently

**What do you dislike about ZaZaChat?**

It's not very fluid that's what I don't like about it I've use systems that have a little bit more fluidity to it but with a minor update I. That aspect  it probably would be a better software all around

**Recommendations to others considering ZaZaChat:**

I recommend doing a trial on the software with a controlled test team to see if it works for you

**What problems is ZaZaChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zazachat is basically one stop shop before we started using this application we had three different systems one to manage work items one to manage calls and one to manage chats and it got overwhelming but this really streamlined it and made it a little easier We ultimately chose another software that was similar but with minor tweaks this could be sufficient

**What do you like best about ZaZaChat?**

Hi there! I love this ZaZaChat a lot, Live chat sessions we get user complete information like visiting time, current time, browser, etc. we get notification when a new user waiting and we also can print the chat at the end of the session, one most important thing we can ban any annoying user.

**What do you dislike about ZaZaChat?**

Well, nothing a major thing which I dint like but sometimes not able to find the previous chat and after some time it shows so thats the only thing which I noticed so far.

**What problems is ZaZaChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using this for Live session chat and in-between if we want to have personal chat with somebody then we can do and we can print important chat at the end of the live session.

I am in love with this ZaZaChat, Have been using this for a live chat session, and can check spelling corrections also, we even can see the typing notification. so far overall good.

**What do you dislike about ZaZaChat?**

Dislike, sometimes not able to see the past chats and but one thing is there we can get the print of chat window when session is ended so that is also not the big issue.

Benefits are no of user can more, we can get visitors all information like IP and all. so we can restrict the particular user if we don't want to have interaction.

**What do you like best about ZaZaChat?**

ZaZaChat is a real-life-saver for startups and agencies. This help desk software is an end-to-end platform that provides features like real-time chat and issue tracking through tickets - all in one place.

**What do you dislike about ZaZaChat?**

ZaZaChat is currently unavailable on iOS and Mac, so that's a real disadvantage for Apple lovers. From a business perspective, there's no free trial edition available that makes it difficult for buyers to choose. The tool completely lacks customization, which is a deal-breaker for SMEs and agencies.

**What problems is ZaZaChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZaZaChat helps scale businesses and startups and enables them to offer an out-of-the-box ticketing solution mechanism. Personally, ZaZaChat is an excellent tool to use and raise tickets for problems.

**What do you like best about ZaZaChat?**

ZaZaChat is a customer service product that handles basic functionalities well. It does what it is supposed to do and does it at a pretty competitive price. The UI for both the agent side and the visitor side is able to be customized which really goes a long way in helping to make something your own or at least branded to your company or one of your client's websites. The fact that they have a Live Chat service, a ticketing system, an FAQ/self-service setup and it is all rolled into one program definitely helps swing things above a 5 on the review.

**What do you dislike about ZaZaChat?**

ZaZaChat is a no-frills option when it comes to providing chat on a website. I would recommend this program for anyone who is running a small business or someone who does not have a portfolio of clients who are depending on them to provide an upscale experience. While there are some things that are good about this product, there are almost the same amount of not-so-good things that balance things out. I can't say that this software is something that should be completely avoided at all costs, but I will say that there are other options out there for a little more each month that will give a different tier of service.

**What problems is ZaZaChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZaZaChat is something that has helped us with providing Live Chat services, self-help services, and a self-contained ticketing platform. When using this product, it was used for a small number of clients and we were able to maintain things fairly well using this software but I would have doubts about whether it could hold up at a larger scale.
