Zanovoy Reviews & Provider Details

Zanovoy is the AI-native finance transformation partner for the Office of the CFO at high-growth companies. We modernize finance operations, accelerating close cycles, improving real-time visibility, and replacing manual processes with connected, AI-native finance ecosystems across ERP, procurement, and FP&A. We are an Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner (2025 Spotlight Winner and 2022 SuiteWorld Award Winner); a Coupa Authorized Software Provider and Premier Services Partner, a rare dual credential few firms hold; and a Workday Adaptive Planning certified specialist. We are also an authorized reseller of NetSuite, Coupa, Campfire, and Rillet, which means our clients can license the platform, implement it, and run it long after go-live under one commercial agreement with one accountable team. Nine years. 120+ person bench. 80+ IPOs supported. 1,000+ implementations delivered across 5 continents. 500+ integrations built between systems, including the integrations that vendor support agreements don't cover. What we do One engagement framework, accountable at every stage. We position ourselves as advisors first, implementers second. We guide clients through software selection, recommend the right tool for the situation (including when it isn't one we sell), and then deploy and run the chosen platform. When clients license NetSuite, Coupa, Campfire, or Rillet directly through Zanovoy, licensing, implementation, and managed services attach to a single commercial agreement: no vendor juggling, no handoff fractures, and no accountability gaps. Most implementation firms vanish 90 days after go-live. We don't, because finance infrastructure is never really "done." Our managed services practice exists so that the platform you paid to implement is still performing two, three, and five years later as your business changes, as regulatory requirements evolve, and as new modules ship from the vendor. Our service lines Software Selection & Licensing. Fit-gap analysis, vendor evaluation, and technology strategy. For NetSuite, Coupa, Campfire, and Rillet, we're authorized to resell the license directly, which means one commercial relationship instead of two. If the right answer for your business is a platform we don't sell, we'll tell you and refer you elsewhere. Our recommendation is based on your business, not our compensation. Implementation & Integration. Full NetSuite, Coupa, Adaptive Planning, Campfire, and Rillet deployments. Data migration, configuration, user training, and system integration through our zConnect iPaaS platform. Zero-tolerance policy on scope creep and timeline drift. zConnect Integration Platform. Our proprietary iPaaS is built for the connections vendor support agreements that don't cover them. When an invoice fails to sync between NetSuite and Coupa at the close of the week, zConnect is how we own the fix, instead of each vendor's support desk pointing at the other. 500+ integrations built across the ecosystem. Customization & Reporting. Workflow design, KPI dashboards, saved searches, SuiteScript and Coupa API development, adaptive model architecture, and the configuration refinements your business has grown past since the original implementation scope. Managed Services & Support. Structured around the Zanovoy Seven Pillars framework: Remediation & Administrative Support, Release Management, Performance & Scalability, Business & Solution Optimization, Quarterly Reviews, Platform & Environment Architecture, and Education Services. Available the day after your go-live. Implementation Rescue. Recovery of stalled or failed projects from other partners. System inventory in weeks 2–3 means we document what exists before we commit to SLAs, so we inherit the configuration honestly rather than pretending we already know it. Our method Six-stage roadmap, transparent at every step. Strategic Planning (business goals mapped to technology architecture). Software Selection (fit-gap analysis and vendor negotiation). Implementation (configuration, data migration, integration). Optimization (customization, reporting, process automation). Managed Services (ongoing support, admin-as-a-service, strategic advisory). Innovation Enablement (new platform rollouts, M&A onboarding, scope expansion). Monthly service reports. Quarterly business reviews. Ticket SLAs tracked against the Seven Pillars framework. Transparent hours reporting. If hours run light, we'll tell you. If they run heavy, you hear it in week three, not month three. Why clients choose us Three things most firms can't say. First, dual platform expertise, plus reseller credentials. Very few firms are both Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner and Coupa Premier Services Partners, adding authorized reseller status across NetSuite, Coupa, Campfire, and Rillet, plus Workday Adaptive Planning certification, and clients have a single team for the full finance stack instead of four vendors with four commercial relationships and four sets of competing priorities. Second, former accounting and industry practitioners, not pure technologists. Our Financial Transformation Team is made up of former accounting and industry professionals who bring both digital and financial expertise. The consultant managing your close has probably run one. Third, engaged beyond go-live. Long-term outcomes, not just delivery. Our managed services practice exists precisely because most implementation firms disappear the day after go-live, and finance infrastructure needs partnership in year three, not just year one. What we don't do We don't manage Oracle Fusion, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics. If you're running any of those as your system of record, we'll introduce you to a specialist partner. We don't pretend to serve every platform; we're specialists in the modern, AI-native, cloud-native finance stack, and we stay in our lane. Headquartered in New Rochelle, New York. Managing Partner: Jermaine Jackson. Working with clients across the United States and internationally.
