**What do you like best about Zahoree Support?**

We find Zahoree Support's service to be very professional, and I particularly appreciate the availability of different languages, which is crucial for our multilingual support needs. We have access to English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French speakers, which is quite valuable. Zahoree Support also helps us scale our customer service while keeping it human and aligned with our budget. Their quality assurance methodology is great, and they're always working on constant improvements. We like the human touch they provide, the direct contact with a customer success manager, and the flexibility in working with our needs. Their support is really good and adaptable.

**What do you dislike about Zahoree Support?**

We think maybe improving and speeding up their recruitment process a little bit, but it's already quite fast, to be honest. But otherwise, we really don't have any complaints.

**What problems is Zahoree Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zahoree Support helps us scale customer support while keeping it human, within budget. Their professionalism, multilingual support, and flexibility are valuable, offering us English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French speakers. Quality assurance and constant improvements are also key benefits.

**What do you like best about Zahoree Support?**

The team’s communication has been strong. I hear from them daily about what they need to be successful, and what they’re doing to upskill their agents in the most effective way.

**What do you dislike about Zahoree Support?**

At this time, I can’t say there’s anything I dislike about the team.

**Recommendations to others considering Zahoree Support:**

To get the most value out of Zahoree, I’d make sure you have your ducks in a row first. It helps to be clear on what you want and how you want to do it, and to have that documented in a way you can hand over to your Team Lead at Zahoree as well as their training manager. That way, they can step away and focus on delivering the training, without you having to sink as much time into the project. Basically, take the first steps to bring some resemblance of order to your own house before trying to scale, or you won’t reap the benefits.

**What problems is Zahoree Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zahoree is helping us scale our support team without the usual overhead of systems training that typically comes with growth. As a result, we can ramp up support effectively within a single quarter, rather than taking six months.

No downsides thus far. It's been an absolute pleasure.

If you're unsatisfied with your current partner, give Zahoree a chance. They completely exceeded my expectations.

**What problems is Zahoree Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zahoree is helping us manage call volume and ticket volume in the support inbox. They're excellent at pulling data and analytics, providing suggestions for improvement and updating us weekly on performance metrics. They're independent, professional and dedicated to going above and beyond for us.
