What do you like best about Youtap?

I liked how easy it was to start using Youtap for accepting mobile payments. The setup was straightforward, and the dashboard is clean and responsive. It supports multiple options like QR payments, digital wallets, and NFC, which worked great for our small store. What do you dislike about Youtap?

At times, the app interface could lag, especially when internet speed is low. Also, some features like reporting are very basic — there should be more filters and insights to track user payments or patterns. What problems is Youtap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Youtap helped us enable digital payments for customers who didn’t want to use cash, especially during the COVID-19 period. It simplified the QR and wallet payment process for our small store. We didn’t need a complicated POS setup, and customers could pay within seconds. What do you like best about Youtap?

Youtap is a solution for contactless sales and emoney payment processing. Both are well done. They can process QR code sales as well as reward points or loyalty programs. Youtap has their own POS hardware.These are the features I used myself but it's not all of them. BaaS, digital wallet, card issuing, the list goes on and on. What do you dislike about Youtap?

I rated ease of use 4/5. I'm not saying it was bad but it could be better/easier with intuitive help along the way and more explanatory videos and articles.

Youtap offers digital banking platforms and digital wallet solutions, including: Agricultural banks, Crop and input management, Deposit and loan management, Loan settlement and analytics, and Disbursements and payments processing.Youtap also has its own POS hardware, which includes digital wallet, BaaS, and card issuing.Youtap POS, digital cashier solution for MSMEs to Enterprise Business,Youtap POS is a free POS (Point-of-Sales) cashier application that is present as an online solution in business management for business owners.
