York IE helped us build a system that replaced that manual process with real time tracking, automated shipment loading, and clear reporting. What used to require multiple people coordinating across different tools became structured and reliable. The benefit has been visibility and control. We now know exactly what is in our warehouse, what is shipping, and how it connects to revenue. The team they assigned was skilled, and I liked how they worked with us on a weekly basis.
