They work very hard at selling you their Premium SEO package or more specific SEO packages that in many cases are redundant or are not as good as their competition. The internal menu structure for their mainstream SEO product is horrendous. It is disorganized and makes finding important items difficult and aggravating beyond anything reasonable. E.g., locating their routine for XML files used for Google Sitemaps took forever. It was hidden in features with absolutely no indications that it lived there.
