In my case, I was the user of a basic version of YNOT mail and I guess that was enough for getting my work done. Builtin HTML Editor and Event logging were the two features which were my favourite. **What do you dislike about YNOT Mail?** When I talk about dislikes, I would mention the pricing part, the basic plan seems comparatively higher for small businesses like ours.
