We have a monthly meeting where he always brings new ideas to the table and even checks in in between campaigns to suggest new ideas if he sees one is not working. One thing which I appreciate the most is their honesty when they know a campaign isn't performing, Alex will always have a solution on how to improve it. I.e statistical confidence, so if there was a guide or blog that outlined Yieldify's metrics and what they mean and the ideal range they should be in for certain campaign objectives could help. **What problems is Epsilon Accelerate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our website wasn't personalised enough and wasn't big on interaction with our online users. With Yieldify's campaigns, our website has seen an increase in time spent on site and product pages visited per session which is great. Sometimes it would be nice to have more ideas from the team. It is the best platform I have seen for A/B testing. I'll also touch on a few of my other favorite things here: First, our managed services team is excellent - always thinking strategically and outside of the box to help us achieve our organizational goals. They listen to the goal we are trying to accomplish or the problem we are trying to solve and come back with campaign ideas to do just that. Second, I love how user-friendly the platform is for self-service initiatives. Outside of our managed service campaigns, we leverage the platform to create many campaigns on our own when we don't require their expertise. Lastly, I am very impressed with their product development. The Yieldify platform is consistently being optimized, and new features are constantly being added. This is great because it keeps the ideas flowing and increases the campaign capabilities on a regular basis. We've created campaigns via Yieldify that I didn't even know were possible due to their technology. **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** The only thing I will say I dislike is that from time to time the way a campaign renders in the editor is slightly different than it shows live on our sites. It's not something that happens very often, and it is usually related to the way text wraps and is generally pretty easy to fix. We don't need to ask our account manager to create them, we can do it easily ourselves. I like the easy to comprehend views of the data, which are easy see in a glance which segment is winning, what the confidence is, and how much CVR uplift this has. **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** Although the campaign builder tool is easy to use, sometimes it is a bit clunky when working with lots of assets and text components. Resizing and layering is a bit fiddly, however Yieldify have recently brought out a new layers feature that does help with this. **What problems is Epsilon Accelerate solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're able to test ideas and assumptions quickly without development work, which helps a lot being a small team with limited resource. For the business at times this can make a huge difference and is why in the past we've relied on Yieldify for some important campaigns. The includes going through various iterations of designs for the campaign through to robust QA steps to ensure what we are going live with is correct on launch. **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** My main dislike is the limitations to where content can be placed and also related to that changes which can be made to existing components on the site. The Yieldify solution is very effective and their team are never short of creative, cutting edge strategy to help us achieve our goals. We've seen record growth in our membership database, reduced abandonment, improvements in promo engagement and, most importantly, increases in conversion rates and revenue. **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** There's not much to dislike about Yieldify. If I were to make one change though, I'd increase the number of campaigns I can concurrently run on our current contract level. Perhaps I'm just being greedy... But depending on your budget you may find that you are not able to action all of the world-class recommendations they can provide. **What problems is Epsilon Accelerate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Without a reliable abandoned cart solution, Yieldify were able to bridge the gap while we set one up with our CRM.
