When verifying the files, it is sometimes difficult to change the date of the files to match what was uploaded. It would help to be able to type in the date versus scrolling through to find it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scanned uploads are extremely slow and at times it is difficult to receive a quick call back. Also, somehow rights have been given to a clerical position and it has been difficult to have their switched to an administrator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
