That there is online access, and you can access employee or student records

**What do you dislike about YellowFolder?**

That it takes a while for the implementation... it was said it would take 6 weeks but it took longer

When it works, the easy of sending records.

system is slow at times, verification of  records, finding records, and often shuts down.

start up is difficulty; support has helped a lot and it is getting better

Can lag. Sometimes doesn't register actions
