"Efficient, User-Friendly, and Cost-Effective VoIP Solution"

What do you like best about Yeastar S-Series VoIP PBX?

I like that Yeastar S-Series VoIP PBX is simple to manage once configured. The interface is straightforward, making tasks like adding extensions or changing call routes easy. It's appreciated that it supports many features without needing extras, like voicemail, call recording, remote extensions, and SIP trunking. The simple interface means we don't always need a specialist for small changes, which is convenient. Remote extensions are particularly useful for staff working from home, as they can use their office extension as long as they have internet. Call recording and voicemail are helpful for support, allowing us to check calls if there’s confusion or missed information. Additionally, SIP trunking helped reduce costs and offered more flexibility compared to normal telephones. I also found the integration with Linkus valuable for mobile and desktop calling, enabling staff to use their office extension on their phones and laptops when away from the office. The initial setup was easier than expected, with basic configurations being straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yeastar S-Series VoIP PBX?

One thing that could be improved is the interface design. While it is easy to use, it does look a bit outdated compared to some newer cloud PBX platforms. We also had a few issues with firmware updates in the past, certain features behaved strangely after upgrading. Reporting and analytics could also be better. The basic reporting works, but if you want more advanced call stats or dashboards, it feels a bit limited compared to bigger enterprise systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"This is a good product. Very reliable and recommended."

What do you like best about Yeastar S-Series VoIP PBX?

Locally is it works ok but not straightforward to set up. The support team is helping me to sort out the issues. Support is essential but it's working with their help. I am still working to get some features. I couldn't do remote MAC provisioning but support team is helping me for various things. Linkus can be used via port forwarding. What do you dislike about Yeastar S-Series VoIP PBX?

Its not the product works straight away. Support is essential. After support helps, it works. Final experience, I will update after using all features for some times. I purchased S100 model due to its features but I only use 10 lines. Although its 10 accounts or less, I need to purchase Linkus ($299) as per the serial no. Which would be expensive for me. It would be good to consider smaller and startup business. Thank you Support team for helping. Appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Solution"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Yeastar S-Series VoIP PBX?

When we all moved to working remotely, Yeastar made our communication seamless within our office. We could still call each other via intercom, even to employees in different parts of the world. Having the phone app almost made our desk phones obsolete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yeastar S-Series VoIP PBX?

When the internet goes down, so do our phones. Being cloud-based is excellent most of the time, but like almost everything else in the office, when service goes, everything goes. When something quirky happens, we are lucky enough to have a pretty responsive service person who installed our system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Next generation PBX"
5/5
What do you like best about Yeastar S-Series VoIP PBX?

Yeastar's PBX (S Series) helped me "upgrading" my clients old PBX. Neogate Gateways solved me a lot of problems : - Don't have to do a new data cable-laying - Clients can use their analogue phones ( ex : Hotels) - Finally have a web interface for the analogue phones Yeastar's Remote Management saves me a lot of money. Many clients are distant 150-200 km. VPN Server addon helps to add external extensions ( Android smartphones of Classic Ip Phones). Some clients still use Fax and can't do without it. Yeastar's Fax-to-Mail it's really useful and client's can receive and read at any time the faxes. For those who needs more security for the PBX and don't have a HW or SW Firewall in house, Yeastar's internal firewall do the job. Just remeber to add in the White list the Internal IP (LAN) and VOIP Provider IP. In case of problems , TROUBLESHOOTING menu helps to understand what's happening.
