I like that Yeastar S-Series VoIP PBX is simple to manage once configured. The interface is straightforward, making tasks like adding extensions or changing call routes easy. It's appreciated that it supports many features without needing extras, like voicemail, call recording, remote extensions, and SIP trunking. The simple interface means we don't always need a specialist for small changes, which is convenient. Remote extensions are particularly useful for staff working from home, as they can use their office extension as long as they have internet. Call recording and voicemail are helpful for support, allowing us to check calls if there’s confusion or missed information. Additionally, SIP trunking helped reduce costs and offered more flexibility compared to normal telephones.
