YAP Digify Reviews & Provider Details

YAP Digify is a smartphone recommerce organization dedicated to transforming the lifecycle of mobile devices in India. Recognizing that approximately 60% of the country's population owns a smartphone, YAP Digify addresses the challenges associated with unorganized disposal of old phones, which often leads to premature device retirement and increased e-waste. This situation not only escalates the demand for new phone imports but also intensifies environmental concerns related to electronic waste management. To combat these issues, YAP Digify has developed a digital platform that enables customers to sell their used phones at competitive prices. These devices undergo quality certification and refurbishment at the company's dedicated centers before being resold through various online and offline channels. A distinctive feature of YAP Digify's approach is its extensive rural distribution network, encompassing approximately 35,000 outlets at the gram panchayat level. This network facilitates direct access for rural retailers and customers to purchase refurbished smartphones, thereby enhancing digital penetration in underserved areas and promoting digital transactions.
