Recommendations to others considering Yac:
At first, I wasn't sure I needed another app in my life to have to "check and respond to". But, this was truly game-changing for my team and me, and even our clients love using this app. Because it's rooted in the "asynchronous" model of work, you can lose the FOMO and use the app when it suits you. You run the app, the app doesn't run you. If you're not sure, give it a try for two weeks, and I bet you'll fall in love with it like I have.
If you're a one-person show, this probably won't help you much, (unless you use it with friends and family, and even then, that could really save you a bunch of time), so where it shines is when you use it with teams or small groups like friends and family. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Yac solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less meetings that suck up time and provide little value in return. The team is more productive, communication has increased, but the time spent in meetings has dropped to near zero. We've achieved this with our internal teams AND our clients. When there's less meetings eating away at your day/week/month, you get so much more done. And with Yac, you're not sacrificing communication and alignment; you're actually increasing it. Multiply those savings in time and gain in productivity across your entire team, and it's staggering how valuable this tool is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
