The platform provides a unified view of risks such as phishing attacks, brand impersonation, data leaks, and exposed credentials. One of the key strengths is its ability to deliver contextual and actionable intelligence rather than just raw alerts. This helps our SOC team quickly assess the relevance and criticality of threats, enabling faster and more effective response.

Initial setup and fine-tuning require some effort to achieve optimal accuracy

**What do you like best about XVigil?**

CloudSEK X Vigil has significantly improved our external security visibility. The platform provides relevant threat intelligence, timely alerts, and a straightforward UI that helped us reduce risk and align our monitoring with SOC workflows. We particularly appreciate the customizable alerts and context-rich findings. A few more advanced reporting filters would make the experience even better. Overall, a solid choice for teams seeking proactive external threat detection.

a lot false positive, so need to create custom configuration to overcome this issue

Deep and dark web monitoring, brand monitoring and data leak monitoring
