Also their support provided during the implementation phase is really amazing. They are the best cost-effective platform without compromising security. Also the platform has over 200+ integrations.

It supports only for cloud native SAP applications.  On-Prem integration is not available. When we raise this request, they said they have Open API to integrate with on-Prem systems but still it needs some workaround.

We automated most of the Process with Truzta. It has strong SLA and Escalation inbuilt within the application. Also the onboarding assistance was fantastic by their support team.

Still some improvement required in the workflow. Especially vendor process.

While Truzta provides automation, some first-time users might require more hands-on guidance to fully utilize all features effectively. A more interactive onboarding or guided setup could help.
