The live chat person I dealt with was not friendly or helpful with my situation. And as I was asking another question, they ended the chat. I think she figured there was nothing more she could do to help me so ended the chat abruptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xpressdocs?

Our real estate agency used Xpressdocs for Direct Mail campaigns since we were lacking in this area. We did magnets as well as birthday cards for clients. This was extremely easy to set up and was nicely autmated to pull a birthday and send the card without us having to manually do it and remember everyones birthday and the feedback we got for remembering clients birthday was very positive. What do you dislike about Xpressdocs?

The main thing I would note is the pricing. Compared to a service we have used in the past, that was more real estate related, was a lot cheaper. However, the quality is really good so it sort of evens out. There were not a lof of promotional pricing to take advantage of like other brands as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xpressdocs solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to engage in a mail campaign since email was not really working for us. We had a lot of cleitns birthdays in our system and figured a direct mail piece wishing them a happy birthday would be a unique way to stand out and wanted to automate this. We used Xpressdocs for these cards and did not have to worrry about remembering birthdays. These went out throguhout the year and were highly recognized by clients and they were apprecitiatvie.
