I also like the analytics provided for the quotes we create, as well as the ability to add content to each quote document. Additionally, the system lets me work with different legal entities all within the same platform. **What do you dislike about Experlogix Document Automation?** Several aspects of the platform feel outdated and could use some refreshing. I also find the template body somewhat difficult to work with; it would be much more convenient if it were easier to adjust. Additionally, I wish I could edit a quote directly instead of having to generate a completely new version each time. **What problems is Experlogix Document Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software integrates smoothly with our existing tools, making the process of creating budgets much more efficient and saving us valuable time. Its streamlined design has noticeably improved our workflow, and we found it easy to implement alongside our current methods. That has helped us tremendously with design changes. We decided on Xpertdoc due to its flexibility, other services did not provide this. **What do you dislike about Experlogix Document Automation?** I would like to see a broader integration with Experlogix product configurator. Perhaps be able to use data from the CPQ to publish on the document. I would like to see that feature being available to your customer who purchased Xpertdoc and CPQ **What problems is Experlogix Document Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** Xpertdoc has helped standardized our customer proposal documents. This benefits our business by ensuring we aren't missing necessary and legal information on the proposal document. ### 3. This is very simply handled for us by collating information from different parts of the CRM to produce the final document ### 4. Need to have more verbose and better error messages to understand what went wrong at the server. **Recommendations to others considering Experlogix Document Automation:** There is very less documentation available either online or on site. There should be more detailed information around the programming and using the product. **What problems is Experlogix Document Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating a word document with different sections and stitching it together in a well-formatted way without losing any style and fonts. This tool allowed Xpertdoc to convert and verify the conversion of all of our templates in a matter of weeks rather than having to spend months recreating all of the templates from scratch. The ability to implement the solution in under a year was beneficial both for the staff and for resource allocation. The solution itself is very easy to use. We received roughly 2.5 days of training and, aside from questions here and there, have been able to adapt very quickly. Regarding the vendor, one of the things we most appreciated throughout this process was the team approach to designing and implementing the solution. The Xpertdoc team worked collaboratively with us to design a solution that would best meet our goals, while staying on time and within budget. Their response time to issues and general inquiries is unparalleled. Rather than build a solution for requirements we sent to them, we were heavily involved in the creation of the solution design document, the development of new workflows, and in the testing of the solution. **What do you dislike about Experlogix Document Automation?** In Xpertdoc Portal 3, navigation and management of libraries could be improved. While functional, it's sometimes cumbersome to manage updates affecting multiple folders. **What problems is Experlogix Document Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to quickly replace the IStream/Calligo Product Suite, rework our internal workflows to reduce both speed to mail and issuance errors reaching our customers, and upgrade our printers for more efficient in-house production. ### 8. Their ability to consume a vast number of content generation templates with embedded data transformation and business logic allowed us to build confidence that all the nuances of the old system were covered (or no longer required) in our migration to a newer publishing platform. ### 9.
